Dolphin Lake Park — Attraction in Bremen Township

We booked a class reunion event for July 10th. I called to get a refund and they were very short and insensitive to what we are dealing with at this time. People are losing their love ones, out of work with no income, sick and in quarantine and all Dolphin lake said was to reschedule or lose our money. At this time we are all trying to do what we can to survive and not thinking about or able to financially do some off the things we had planned for this year. At this point people will still have to be cautious for the next few months. Dolphin lake, this is very disappointing and very insensitive to not just us...

The clubhouse itself is a pretty venue but not at all worth the price. Shari, the lady who runs the place is very unprofessional!! We payed in full, upfront and was very patient with her... Yet she didn't even have the decency to responded to any of our calls or texts. When we finally get in contact she can never seem to remember who the hell she's talking to. Don't you think its important to temporarily save your client's number? Overall she had a very poor attitude and was very unhelpful to us. She alone ruined the entire experience, wouldn't recommend...

We did my mother in law's 70th birthday party here. The woman who sat at the front reception was amazing. We were playing a slideshow on repeat on the front tv and she volunteered to every 3 minutes restart it. Above and beyond. I wish I remembered her name so I could give her a public shout out. There are only 3 or 4 of the that work there so it wouldn't be hard to single out who did it. On top of that, she does all the parties in the evening and they go until 1am. Above and...
