Great American Bagel Inc — Restaurant in Rich Township

This place was not clean at all. Drink dispenser was disgusting as well as the floors. Also the workers didn’t seem welcoming. They also close earlier than what the signs they have posted. They turned the “open” light off when I was still waiting for my sandwiches. When I left out at 2:45pm they locked the door behind me, but their sign says they close at 3pm. I felt some type of way about that whole experience and it wasn’t settling. $23 for 2 small sandwiches and bad service with uncleanliness!! I will never return and will share my experience with...

This was a 50/50 experience. I got three things, and only one was decent. I asked for the bagel to be extra toasted, and it didn’t seem like it was toasted at all. I got an iced coffee which was made with hot water and instant coffee, and then the employee walked around the counter to put ice in it from the fountain machine. The employees were also not wearing masks even though there was a sign on the door saying masks were required. I usually enjoy American Bagel, but this location does not hold up...

The cinnamon crunch bagels used to be my favorite bagels from anywhere. But the last several times, I’ve noticed that they don’t actually have the cinnamon crunch topping on top like they usually have, instead there is just plain sugar on top.

For that reason, I have started going back to Panera to get my cinnamon crunch bagels, since they actually put the crunch topping on top.
