Forever Yogurt — Local services in Rich Township

Forever Yogurt is one of the Best Frozen yogurt spots in the South Suburbs! They have the best favorite going. I'm serious when I tell you I fully support their business, I mean it. Every time I go to this location the staff is extremely friendly and respectful. It's always clean when I go there also. Now please keep in mind if seen little league baseball teams go there after game and move chairs around a bit but on a average day the place is always well kept. Also the ambiance and atmosphere of this location is very very peaceful. If you need to have a brief business meeting or meeting up with family or friends, you can do it here. Now let's get into the flavors of the frozen yogurt. Myself personally I always get the cheesecake yogurt and mix it with the strawberry cheesecake yogurt and it taste so damn good, I kinda makes you wish you had one of those frozen yogurt machines in your house. The yogurt was good. The employee was not friendly at all even my 9 year old notice. When we came into the store she was setting at the window with eating yogurt with her back to the customer that was already in there. I don't recall her saying anything to us when we came in. When I asked for the sample cups she said they right there not showing me or pointing to them she just looked in the direction of the cups. My 9 year old has it show me where the sample cups were. She then went to the register to check out the customer that was already in there, after checking out the customer she stood at the register staring at me and my huffing and puffing because I guess she felt it was talking us to long to get our yogurt. I asked my son if he pick out what he wanted and we went to check out. She checked me out and walked away to the yogurt machine. I ask her for the spoons but I guess she didn't hear me and by that time I was over her attitude so I looked and found the spoons on the side. The poor girl working tonight seemed new so this isn’t a reflection on her but it was apparent that she’s definitely stressed out and overwhelmed, there should probably be a second person with her On a Saturday night. 7 pm and the place was a mess, toppings everywhere, nothing had been cleaned. water on the floor by the front door with no sign, two customers slipped and almost fell. By the time she got to us our frozen yogurt was melting. she had to call the manager to help her do a refund for a customer because she didn’t know how. The customers in front of me had to wait for her to switch back and forth several times before they could check out while she grabbed toppings from the closed off shelf for other customers.
