MR. GERALD ALBRIGHTJazz LEGEND SAXOPHONIST& his Fellow MUSICIANS brought the SWAG, UNDENIABLE TALENT & SUPER ENERGY 8/24/24. YET, the Post Concert Meet and Greet was POORLY PLANNED! GROWN HUMANS BEHAVING LIKE KIDS TRYING TO BE 1ST TO GET ON THE BUS...WHEN WE ALL ARE GOING TO GET ON AND HAVE A SEAT🤔. I HAD TO CHASTISE OF FEW OVER GROWN WOMEN TO ✋️ PUSHING AND SHOVING. I BLAME THE KLEIN'S MNGT. YOU ARE NOT NEW TO THIS. DO BETTER WITH ENSURING THAT TALENT IS SAFE, & NOT OVERWHELMED WITH STRANGERS COMING AT THEM FROM ALL ANGLES. The building itself is wonderful and has always been a favorite venue. I attended the Yuletide concert on Dec 16, 2023 and was extremely disappointed that the group of singers that I attended to support were extremely under utilized in the program. The conductor shared too much information. He spoke between movements and between the musical selections, which greatly affected the enjoyability and negatively impacted the flow of the concert itself. I have attended live concerts at similar venues all over the world and was completely taken aback at how unprofessional and needy the conductor was. 4 star rating because the group of singers in the program were outstanding and the GBS is...

So graduation season was upon us and this particular day was not so different. So many graduates on this day, it was difficult to find parking, however I still got through and when inside, I forgot how huge the pace was. Which could've helped when there was just no more seating to be had, and if only I remembered that there was an upper level I probably could have found seating,.. either way I guess we all just wanted to be closer to the graduates on their way in and also crossing the stage.
