La Poblanita Restaurant — Restaurant in Bridgeport

I placed an order of Fajitas now for everyone out there who is Mexican you know they come with sauted peppers onions and a juice meat. They sent me some kind of chicken with squash and carrots, broccoli like did I just order chicken and vegetables from the Chinese spot or did I order fajitas. Also the phone etiquette is so poor, instead of trying to fix the problem in a good manner, lady on the phone sounded like she wanted to get into a fist fight ...like Jesus Christmas. Also asked to speak to the owner and she replied oh the owners don't get involved we will fix the problem and got very loud. Like we dam well know there is always a way to fix an issue and as is a policy for most establishments "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" I guess they just love loosing customers then fixing something so quick and easy ...Lady even said come to the restaurant we fix it here we got voice recordings, like what the heck are we calling a 1800 number to a recorded line, what I'm I calling the state ...very rude ...don't place an order you will be...

I ordered from here a quesadilla and a Jamaica last night. The food and Jamaica was good but I saw that one of the sour creams had some water on the top but I used it on my quesadilla and kept eating. Later I had stomach pain the whole night and kept going to the bathroom until 2 in the morning. I called today asking for a refund and about the situation, the lady was nice and said if I could call back in half an hour since that’s when the manager would arrive. So I called later and when I spoke to someone she kept “saying hello? Bueno? I can’t hear you.” I haven’t even said anything and I kept trying to start talking but she kept interrupting saying I can’t hear you, fix your call audio. Once she was able to listen to me I told her please do not serve expired sour cream in your food because it gave me bad stomach pain. She said they wouldn’t and I asked for a refund. Went back after years of not going and was really disappointed. My father ordered the chicken and steak fajitas and when he got the food it had shrimp. He can't eat shrimp as he is allergic and when he told them about it they said oh well. Then the waitress was really slow in bringing out the food and food that needed to be brought out together had a lengthy delay so one got cold while the other came out.
