Hbg/BH2O 24/7 Family Fitness was exactly the high energy gym environment that I needed on my road to fitness and recovery as a cancer survivor. Coaches and group workout classmates are your workout buddies, encouraging accountability and consistent visits to the gym and reaching fitness goals. Friendly front-desk and coaching staff who know your name. In group settings, coaches are great about focusing on an individual's form and making helpful suggestions to prevent injury without intimidation or embarrassment. The music environment, I find is very good for my mind and soul while I work out: the high energy music playing in the gym and used in the classes does not contain explicit vulgar lyrics that degrade or target women, cultures, violence, vulnerable youth or...

The name of this gym should be "Bridgewater 24/7 Adult Fitness". The tanning rooms feature provocative images that you would find in a Playboy magazine. I had asked for these posters to be moved to a position that would only be visible when inside the tanning room (a different wall, behind the door, there are lots of options to choose from). The GM, Brandon, unfortunately didn't care and the images seem to be important to the facility where they need to be seen by everyone.
