The lady that waited on us stepped away from making my daughters sub and sneezed in off to the side, never bothered to put her upper arm up to contain her sneeze or anything! Then she went to make me a foot long nacho thing, and she began laying my jalepenos on the cutting board. I asked nicely if she could wait until it came out and put them directly on the nachos, and she continued counting the Jalepenos and laying them on the cutting board. I told her I didn’t want my veggies laid on the cutting board, she then went to throw them back with the other jalepenos. Once the nachos came out of the toaster it looked like they caught fire, and I said, I’m sorry but I don’t want them done like that. She looked at the other girl and the other girl looked at me and said, tgats how they’re supposed to look. No honey, I don’t see one burnt chip in this picture. I’m sorry, but I don’t want my chips like that. She barely put any chicken on it, and it literally looked like the cheese and chips that were in it were burnt to the tray! I apologized to her and said, I’m not normally like this, but you’re doing weird stuff and I keep having to speak up and ask you not to do this or that, when nobody has ever made my food like that here before. Furthermore, my nachos have never came out looking charred and black before either. I’m appalled by this. Not that she was rude, but she made no effort to apologize or to try to make it right. Read moreOrdered subs online and upon arriving home one of the subs had NONE of the requested toppings. I called the store and spoke with a manager and she said that the order slip the sub was made from must have been cut off after the first two (lettuce and tomato) items. I told her that I would bring the receipt to the store and she said that she would remake the sub. After driving back to the store and showing her the receipt with the list of all the toppings we were informed that she needed to see the initial sub to make sure that it was made improperly in order to get a new sub made correctly, or she would give us the toppings to take home. Really??? She admitted the slip that they made the sub from was incorrect so unless they somehow telepathically knew what the correct toppings were there is literally no way the sub could have been made correctly to start with. Unbelievable. I can go anywhere else and get a sub, which we will be doing from now on, but customer service is what sets a business apart. ...
Read moreI'm not sure if all 3 workers were having an off day or what the issue was but none of them seemed to want to be there and were kind of rude. I had to repeat my order about 4 times to 2 of them. One just blankly stared at me until I told her what veggies and condiments I wanted, she didn't ask me just stared. The one at the register looked at another girl and said "I quit" because I guess the customer infront of me had to go get a few more dollars to finish paying for their order or something was wrong with the computer, I'm not sure which. As a customer service worker I understand everyone has their off days but all 3 employees just seemed to hated their jobs and didn't even try to hide it. Usually I order online for pick up or delivery and the sandwiches are always made just perfect but I was already out when my mother asked me to get her and I lunch.
