Slow most of the time and drops out completely at least 4 times a week. I remember when Cox used to be solid. Not anymore. Sad.

My recent experience with Cox has been nothing short of a disaster. From the moment I placed my order, I encountered a series of frustrating and infuriating issues that have left me utterly disillusioned with this brand.

Firstly, the customer service is abysmal. Every attempt I made to contact your support team was met with either excruciatingly long wait times or unhelpful and dismissive responses. It is apparent that your representatives lack the training and empathy required to address customer concerns effectively. Each interaction felt like an uphill battle, with no resolution in sight.

Moreover, the quality of the product I received is shockingly poor. YOU ISSUED ME THE WRONG ROUTER. Not only did it fail to meet the advertised standards, but it also arrived damaged and malfunctioning. It is unacceptable for a company that claims to value quality and customer satisfaction to deliver such substandard goods.

The entire ordeal has been a colossal waste of time and money. I am appalled by the lack of accountability and the blatant disregard for customer experience. It is clear that Cox prioritizes profit over delivering a reliable and satisfactory service.

I am signing up for Starlink. At almost twice the monthly cost, not to mention the $800 investment in hardware to get set up, is TOTALLY worth it to me to NOT...

Sitting here trying to do work on my computer and without any warning what so ever my internet disconnects, no call, no text, no email… simply just turned it off so I call the 1800 number and it informs me that they’re doing service and that it will back on at some point and will not let me talk to customer service to get feedback. So I call back not using my info to finally get ahold of some for them to just say sorry and pretty much tough luck… I’ve paid about $300 in the last month and this is the service I get, it’s just sad. Do better.

It’s a good thing I don’t have a security system or medical devices that rely on internet or anything… oh wait I do have both…

The craziest part of it all is even though we live in America the land of the free I can’t even change providers because of a “contract” that they have in this area… how is that...

They’re technicians are so careless! I don’t even have Cox anymore but since we are next to the service lines in our neighborhood, they are frequently in & around our yard. Today they took it upon themselves to pull our fence doors open even with a lock on it & left them open when they were finished. I have small kids that play in the backyard & I had no idea the fence was open. The door is on the back end of the house so you can’t see it unless you walk around the house. Thankfully I followed my kid around the house to get his bike just in time to see him run for the open fence door. Apparently we are going to have to double padlock the fence because they seem to think it’s fine to trespass if they can get the lock open. I’m furious. They don’t care at all who gets hurt or what they destroy as long as they get what they need to get...
