I would never recommend using this location. Spend the extra 5 to 10 minutes and drive to another UPS. We dropped off a large box, filled with Christmas gifts for my daughter, at this location on 12/20/20. We wanted to make sure it was able to be delivered by Christmas Eve. We thought we paid for 3 Day Select, to ensure my daughter would have her gifts by Christmas. The receipt had a delivery date of 12/24/20. On Christmas Eve, the day the gifts were expected to be delivered, I checked the tracking number to see if there was a window of time listed for delivery, so I could let my daughter know when to expect the box. Once I put the tracking number in, the UPS website tells me that the package is ON TIME FOR DELIVERY OF 12/29/20. We immediately contacted UPS to find out where the package was currently sitting as their online information was never updated. (At this point UPS had the package in their possession for 4 days.) Nobody could tell us where our box was at. We asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor told us that the box was in a town a few hours away from where my daughter lived. We begged UPS to do anything they could to deliver the box that same day/evening. We were told by the supervisor at UPS that there was nothing they could do because our package had a regular UPS Ground label on it. That delivery takes 3-5 business days. The UPS supervisor said that the local franchise, that we shipped the box from, put a regular UPS Ground shipping label on our box, but they should have sent the box via 3 Day Select. We were then told that we needed to address this issue with the store because they made the mistake. Since it was now in the evening of Christmas Eve, we could not speak to anyone at the store so my daughter went without gifts for Christmas, due to negligence by this UPS Store. My husband went back to this store this morning to advise them of the mistake, that we wanted the box located and shipped UPS Same Day so our daughter could have her gifts today, a day after Christmas, and not on 12/29/20. The girl at the store was unable to help my husband as she needed the manager's information in order to initiate an interception of the box and change the label on the box to UPS Same Day shipping. She had tried to call her manager to get the needed information to start the process but her manager would not answer her cell phone. Also, the manager was not scheduled to be back in the store until Monday. So now we can't get the delivery date moved sooner, and we paid over $80.00 for this poor service. We also found out it was the store manager herself, Kim, that put the wrong type of shipping label on our box. Besides all of the other poor reviews of employees attitudes, there now this to add to the list of why you should never use this location. We will also be contacting the UPS corporate office for what it's worth. Save yourself the headache. Dealing with someone who has a bad attitude is bad enough, but when they ruin your child's holiday by making such a stupid mistake and not rectifying it is...

I was given the ring around for over a week on where my package was, a quite pricey package I might add. And none of the half-baked excuses were very comforting. Most times I was just hung up on after demanding a supervisor.
I regret not keeping the photos for this review, but when my package was first in transit, this spot claimed it was "sent back due to damages". No refund, no answers, nothing. Just "sent back due to damages". After an entire weeks worth of "we promise it will be here today, no wait tomorrow, no wait tomorrow-" over and over again.
After I got into contact with the company the package was ordered from, I was met with respect and wonderful customer service; the exact opposite of this location.
I was told I'd get a new package...
I don't know if I got a new package, or if it was the original. But my package looked like the carrier sent it to a kickball tournament! There was no respect or care for the items inside.
If you see a package being delivered to you and this spot is on the tracking; RETURN YOUR PACKAGE. Demand it be sent back and figure out how to get it through something else. You will not be happy with these people and how they treat your packages. Nor will you be satisfied with their customer service.

Read moreZERO stars for one particular individual (will add her name when I get it). I am a regular at this Brooklyn Park, MN UPS (7964 Brooklyn Blvd) as I have made many Amazon returns there. Most of the time, the ladies are kind & talkative, one particular gal, I think she's brought in her son a few times, is always nice. We always have brief conversations-she's very personable.
Yesterday, June 22, 2022, between 1400-1500, I visited again to return an item. I tried to make small talk with one of the females, African American (I mention this so you as visitors can identify her if you ever have poor experiences with her as well), I said something along the lines of "I come here so much, you guys see me all the time."
In a fairly snarky tone, she retorted 'Yea, you do.' I pulled up my QR code & I have a privacy screen on my phone, so it's naturally dark, she commanded me to turn on my brightness as if I haven't done this a million times.
Again, trying to make small talk, I proceeded to talk to her about my purchase & try to make her laugh & she walked away with this attitude about her. I'm not sure why she's so angry at the world, it's not like she's personally taking these packages & driving them back to the warehouse.
I suggest getting a new higher paying job if you're so unhappy. I've read other reviews & honestly, I too am curious how this location is still open. Convenience in location? Seriously though, take the extra five to ten minutes to drive elsewhere, go to Champlin or...
