Rhodes-Talik — Attraction in Brookside

WOW, just WOW. My husband and I have lived in a few cities and we're particular about our expenditures. We pay extra for amazing quality yet still do our research to find deals on products and/or craftsmanship. Rhodes Floral was recommended to us from a local friend in the Ohio Valley (OV) area in particular Brookside (Thank You, Melissa D). With that said, we had researched Wheeling for a Florist and we weren't sold based upon consistent reviews. After being told to check out Rhodes, I immediately called. To say that we were impressed is an understatement. I believe I spoke to Bill (it was a male) and he knocked it out of the park with just his interpersonal skills and customer service abilities. However, he took it a step further because normally they don't deliver to the Rehabilitation Center we were requesting. Bill overrode that and delivered our beautiful planter w/silk flowers anyway. We had a picky recipient on our hands to begin with and even he was blown away with the gift delivered. He's in his early 80's (wealthy) and said it was the most stunning floral arrangement he's seen much less been sent/received. So, KUDDOS, to Bill and Rhodes for going above and beyond. From the craftsmanship to the customer service we couldn't be more satisfied. Also, we would have spent much more elsewhere without the extra glitz.
