Parks & Wildlife Department — Attraction in Brownwood

Tpwd office experience. Went to get a boat registered, had ALL paperwork and signatures in order. Was told they are unable to do it because the make is “homemade” as the make but it has a bull number assigned by a game warden on the tpwd records! . Mind you I drove a hour to this office. (Nearest to me). I went outside and called tpwd headquarters in Austin and spoke to a field liaison. They asked for the Tx numbers, hull id and was able to look it up and showed no issues. So I had the brownwood office call and explain the issue. The Liaison said it was fine and good to go!! So I basically had to do that persons job to figure out a problem? Y’all are no help whatsoever. Why did the clerk not call and try to help me? What in the Jesus h Christ are y’all doing down there?!!? You mean I was fixing to drive a hour back home and two hours round trip some other day??? What a scam and a joke. I have had nothing but issues with this office. Had all paperwork filled out perfectly because I know how this place is and they still wouldn't process it because they said the signatures don't look the same.. He signed it! everything is signed.. This is a 17yr old jetski that I've put a lot of time, effort, and money into, now I can't use it and it'll cost me thousands if I can't register it.
