Tonight was my first time visiting this establishment since I have been here in the wonderful city of Brownwood, Texas. I must say this is the 'WORST'' experience that I have encountered with customer service ever since I have been in Brownwood, Texas. This is so disappointing since I have been anticipating my visit to this establishment. The πŸ“… was 6/20/25, and I had just left from a "sophisticated" event at the Brownwood Event Center. And I thought it would be a great opportunity to finally stop at this venue. The 'doorman' was pleasant and respectful upon asking for my 'id' and if I might have had a 'pocket πŸ”ͺ ' or any other contraband on my person. We laughed as I stated that all I had was the "$1000" spiked " Christian Louboutin" *Red Bottom" sneakers on! The place looks smaller in person than in the πŸ“Έ's. It is Texas so 🚬 is the norm. This is still something that I have to grow accustomed to. But the greater issue became as I approached the bar. I positioned myself directly in front of the waitress that was making 🍸 🍹's for the customer next to me. My "Distinguished, highly fashionable, charismatic" presence was front and center. For some reason that I do not have the brain "capacity" to generate the reasoning for. She ignored me and served a group of people who appeared from behind myself. I was unamused by the visual 'disrespect' shown by this young lady. By no means would I let my " class and character" be compromised by this blatant show of disrespect. So my next step was to summon what I knew for obvious reasons was the "manager." I introduced myself 'while still at the front of the line for service and 'continually being ignored for service' to him. I explained that I am one of the more newer "Distinguished" guests that he would have in his establishment, and I would expect a 'commendable' level of service to match my 'Esquire.' He was 'receptive' of my conversation but seemed to "totally" have no idea of what the information was that I was transferring to him? After (5) more minutes for a total of (15), I was able to order beverages. This is from the same waitress that, for some reason or not, was "oblivious" to my presence? I will say the DJ. was very good in his 🎢 rotation. But we all know that when you receive 'disrespectful' service in any establishment that nothing can save the day! Being a 🌎 traveled individual such as myself and to be in a small town and having to 'encounter' such a 'traumatizing' experience, it's 'disdaining.' So at this time I would like to 'tip my πŸ‘’" to the (2) very fine and respectful establishments that I have visited for nighttime entertainment ( πŸ‘’'s and Spurs and Valencia 325). For knowing how to treat a "Distinguished Gentleman" with the respect that he deserves! To the owner or manager, please reach out to me if you would like more "insight" to the "opportunities" that you might have to improve your "value" in certain areas.

This is a great new bar experience in Brownwood. Maintains a lively atmosphere in downtown. They have really elevated the game with a good investment that should pay off. The staff are super nice. Service was fast and accurate. Prices are fair and not gouging like other places in town. Dance floor and music are bumpin’

Really chill place, the bartenders were very friendly. There are a couple of pool tables, bar seating, lounge seating, high table seating, a dance floor and of course, hooka. The music was loud enough to be heard, and drown out the crowd, but not so loud as to drown out or even have to yell to be heard by immediate company. I'd definitely make it a regular spot if...
