I am from Washington state and found them online, they were one of the only suppliers of the new Refillable Dazzle RandM 5000 that I was dying to try. The lush ice has been my go to but hated how expensive it was to just buy a new one when I ran out. So I was stoked to get the new refillable option.

Unfortunately the vape pen was a complete bust- BUT, the customer service I received made up for the product malfunctioning. They sent out a replacement insanely fast and they even tried to troubleshoot with me to get the original one working. When the replacement one malfunctioned in the same way, they offered me a full refund without even having to ask.

They were personable and they weren’t robotic about their responses. I could tell I was talking to an actual human being that cared about my experience and wanted to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. Thank you guys for being awesome!!! If the manufacturer fixes the problem you’ll be...

Just went in there on February 29th of 2020 and bought 2 bottles of their homemade juice... And do I regret spending the 40$ on these.. I don't know if it was the guy who made it but I got Jamaican sunset and Momo adomo and I got both at 70/30 ratios.. first the Jamaican sunset.. can't even vape it.. has a terrible terrible after taste and I have let it sit for 2 days and even let it breathe hoping that would fix the issue, but no luck just terrible flavor with a disgusting after taste still.. the Momo adomo is just very bland with a weird after taste too... I would not recommend buying their house juices.. just pay the extra for the high end juices that are blended right.. sucks because now I'm out 40 dollars and I have 200 ml of juice.. they are a good vape shop just the home made juice is not even close to high end...

This shop is awesome has bunch of juices an mods pretty much everything you need, coils, tanks, tips, etc. The girls that work there don't greet you, don't help unless asked an they don't have a clue on 99.9% of the items in the store! They procrastinated on helping an getting fluids bad service! Tyler and Brandon are the only reason I go there, their helpful know what there talking about and awesome guys to talk to! I don't like that Brandon no longer works there an if Tyler goes to I'll definitely be going elsewhere! Brandon an Tyler make it worth going without them that place sucks!!! ONLY GIVING IT A 3STAR IS BECAUSE OF BRANDON AND TYLER!!! Also just stopped up there an bought fluid the girls don't kno how to make fluids then I go to exchange them an the owner wouldn't let me! She's very unprofessional...
