Always check behind the building/properties around Vagrants and drug addicts entering the properties always on Robles and Commonwealth Street. Dangerous places for families. 100 feet from shelter/motel for homeless and right next to a place where gatherings are often held no leaving free space to park your car...

She is very responsive to any issues I may have. Very helpful and happy demeanor. I've never hesitated to reach out her when I needed something done. This property is really family oriented. The neighboring children play with one another. The Long time tenants that live here are close which keeps the community well maintained. The manager is super nice and helpful. It’s a little tricky to get ahold of the office but they’re usually helpful with work orders. Don’t move here if kids annoy you! Lol there are so many.
