Jonathan and his team at Ken Grody Ford are excellent. I would definitely come here again and recommend others to seek assistance on their next Ford purchase. Let's see if he comes thru with his promise of a "gift" for my daughter. Also to see if they would "take care of the LOUD squeaky brakes"

Jonathan NEVER sent his promised BRONCO FORD hat. It is is sad because it was my test if he was an honest person. He promised my daughter that he would send her a Bronco hat. I asked multiple times during the first month if/when he sent the "gift" he promised my daughter. He LIED , REPEATEDLY, the ENTIRE time "guaranteeing" that Amazon is holding the order and that he called them "to release the order". I know it was a LIE. It wasn't the hat that made me DISAPPOINTED. I could have bought my daughter a the hat; it's the principle. It is TRULY saddening to see a "car salesman" stereotype is REALIZED. I'm not sure if I would recommend any of my acquaintances to this dealership.
Again today, I have yet been disappointed by the SERVICE department. I called for the LOUD squeaky brakes from the time we purchased the 2024 Ford Bronco Sport from this dealership. I was greeted with a voice of n "interrupted" service coordinator named Mario. His voice sounded like I INCONVENIENCED him with my call requesting a service for my daughter's car. I mentioned the issue was about the LOUD squeaky brakes that was an issue from the original purchased; he asked if it was the from or rear and that Should know better where the location of sound was coming from. I told him that the car is moving when the SQUEAKY brakes happens and it would be hard to decipher whether it's the coming from the front or rear. Again, he sounded annoyed from my "ignorance" of the location of the sound. I am not a mechanic and this is why I bought the HIGHLY exalted EXTENDED (PREMIUM CARE) WARRANTY sold to me by Luis Azurduy
I asked him about the mailer I received for a "COMPLIMENTARY PICKUP & DELIVERY" (the picture of the mailer is posted with this review) to which was responded no we don't do that yet; FALSE ADVERTISING. I also asked about the "complimentary" loaner car I was promised that was included in my EXTENDED/PREMIUM CARE WARRANTY in which I purchased for $$$. He immediately, and instantly, denied any of my request. Even the shuttle service originally offered was retracted by Mario. I made the appointment but I am VERY hesitant to take my car here due to the aforementioned "issues" I have experienced so far.
I put 2 star for my rating because my daughter likes her 2024 Ford Bronco Sport. For that, I am grateful that reason alone.

Nelson told me that the cost for the repair would be $3000 and that I would only be paying for the parts which were $3000 after two weeks of sitting at Crody repair service area. I finally came to pick up my car. As soon as I got there. My coolant reservoir was empty yet. They claimed they tested the repairs on the cooling system for 20 miles. I donāt understand how that could happen. If the cooling reservoir is empty. Another thing they have asked the repair because I took it to Range Rover the next week And the Leak is still ongoing. How much rather pay out of pocket at Range Rover to get my stuff fixed and never have to come back to this place. The parts which they claim weāre going to be $3000 came out to approximately $1000. Yet they still wanted me to pay $1500 out of pocket. I donāt understand my point is steer clear from this place. They do not care about their reputation. They donāt care about the customers and they sure how donāt care about the quality of work. The sales manager named John went as far as telling me. He couldāve easily Photoshop. Those receipts. If you wanted to. I followed by telling him that would be very illegal and he didnāt say anything. After that. These people just give me fishy vibes. I will never ever purchase a vehicle from Ken Grody again . Yes, they did put me in a loaner, which was a minivan. Mind you. I did not go into Ken Grody to ride around in a minivan for three weeks one two when someone tells you that theyāre not going to charge you for any Labor, but theyāre only going to help you with half of the.ā $3,000ā for parts and parts only come up to $1000. Yeah you still get charge of 1500 all of a sudden they are charging you for the hours of Labor when they initially said they were just going to have me pay half of the parts which magically went from $3000-$1000. The receipts donāt lie. Oh I forgot the sales Manager stated he could of easily falsified...

Aaron went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during the purchase. He offered snacks and water, and made sure I was well taken care of the entire time. His customer service was exceptional and truly made me feel valued as a customer. Additionally, I appreciated that there were no markups or mandatory add-ons that some dealerships add to the price of the car.
