This is my experience with this company and I’m sharing because I hope they learn from it and don’t disrespect others and their cars like they’ve done to me. Step-by-step issues: My 𝓛𝔂𝓻𝓲𝓺 had been having battery issues before with colder weather and a service guy at this dealership said to come back when it happened again. The next time it happened, my car wouldn’t start. 05/06: Brought car to dealership There was an Enterprise car issue with not getting an electric car. The service member said she’d look into it but it would “take a little bit.” Never called us back. We went back the next day &she didn’t apologize for not getting back and didn’t show urgency on keeping me carless. Got a gas car, had to pay for gas. Fine. Whatever. 05/14: Car became available. Was constantly called to come get it, but I worked back to back to back 12 hour shifts. No way I could. 05/17: Waited 1.5 hours for a simple switch after being begged to come in. Service advisor said I had to wait for him specifically. I waited 1.5 hours. While waiting, I texted him and asked if I could get to my car while waiting. No response. After waiting 1.5 hours, I did go up and ask how much longer &he apologized for completely forgetting about me. 05/17, 05/23, 05/27: Consistently asking to get stuff from car. Finally responded on 05/27. 05/28: Was finally able to get stuff from car. Covered in bird droppings. One was so bad in paint I thought it was a scratch. Service advisor said it was “just bird droppings.” Bird dropping can damage paint and I am very protective of my car. I literally hand wash it myself and they let it get caked with dried bird poop all over it. 05/29: Recall came for Lyriq. 05/30: I personally emailed service about recall. 06/02, 06/16, 06/17: REPEATEDLY ASKED for recall check-up. No response. 06/04: Car finally got a tech after FOUR WEEKS of being kept in storage. I literally made a car payment for a month of not being able to use it because no one told me that my car was going to be sitting for 4 weeks without being worked on. Service advisor had originally said 1-2 weeks total hold time. Car sat for 4 weeks before tech looked at it. 06/09: Was told I had to give up the car I had because of a contract deal there was which I was never told of, nor did I see it on paperwork I signed after review. New car I was put in was not cleaned-had a dirty interior. Bad smell that I always needed windows down/ made me nauseous. And damaged my phone speaker when I put it in the charger (sticky stuff left in charger-not cleaned properly before giving to me). Then, I didn’t know my phone had stuff on it from the charger &I put my phone in my LV purse and that was damaged as well. 06/09: Service advisor took off for week, said I would be updated. I wasn’t. 06/17: Service advisor claimed car was ready for pick-up. I follow up myself on the app regarding car’s condition since they said it was ready. One of the charging issues on my original complaint SIX WEEKS AGO hadn’t been checked, car had been drained by 50% of battery it had when I brought it. Tire pressures were all low &I had to ask for all to be tended to. Then, FIVE hours after the FOURTH time I told my service advisor about recall, he said he just saw the “new recall” &car couldn’t leave today. I had been telling service myself for TWO WEEKS there was a recall &they didn’t look at it until 5 hours after they said my car was ready for pick up.

I recently purchased a brand-new 2024 Cadillac Escalade with only 25 miles on it. However, upon further inspection at home, I discovered several manufacturing defects and unfinished areas (see attached photos and videos). I am extremely disappointed that the dealership failed to thoroughly inspect the vehicle before selling it to me. When I brought these issues to the attention of the management team, the response was underwhelming. Instead of offering a suitable resolution, I was informed that the vehicle would need to undergo service, requiring a full disassembly of the front dashboard for part replacements. My request for an exchange with an identical vehicle on the lot was denied, and a few days later, those same vehicles were moved to the loaner fleet. Beyond the vehicle defects, the dealership’s customer service has been deeply unsatisfactory. Rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction, the focus seemed solely on making the sale. Additionally, I have been repeatedly pressured to leave a positive review despite my negative experience.

I recently leased a 2023 Cadillac XT5 from this dealership, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience largely due to Ivan, our salesman. He helped us navigate through the vast selection of cars, patiently guiding us through test drives and providing valuable insights. What stands out is Ivan's dedication. Even after his part was done, he stuck around until the entire transaction wrapped up. Not to mention, a week after the purchase, he's still checking in to ensure our satisfaction. Such dedication is greatly appreciated. Ivan's outstanding service, expertise, and care for our satisfaction were unmatched. Highly recommend this dealership, especially Ivan. Thank you for the amazing car experience!

The worst customer care service! I’ve gone now about a dozen times in the past 3 months, so I’m very familiar with the way they run their customer care service. If your car breaks down, it takes days before they see it which I can understand for scheduling purposes. But then if you need a loaner, they never have any, and they loan service desk complains about being able to give you one. I’ve been told multiple times on different occasions, “we don’t have any there is a waitlist” even though I’m paying to drive a brand new 100k dollar suv. Eventually after being bounced around a couple of times they send you to enterprise for a loaner. I even had a girl hang up on me once when I insisted I needed a loaner. My list can go on and on. I’ve been told, when I was returning a loaner, I’m about to clock out of work and looked at me as she couldn’t take the loaner back, it was 15 min until closing. I insisted she take the car back as I hadn’t drove all the way down their during there business hrs for her not to accept the car. Oh and don’t get me started on dropping your car off. Rarely does anyone greet you when you pull into the service center and when you do decide to go in, you stand in the middle of 10 or so service desk, and everyone is looking down at there computer. No one greets you, so you just stand there in the middle of 10 desk with no one saying a word, it’s awkward. I once stood there for 10 or 15 min. Everyone was looking at there screens and finally they ask what do you need, I said I was called to pick up my car. And he says oh just go to the cashier and they’ll get your car for you. They didn’t mutter a word as to what was as wrong with the car even though they had just replaced a brand new engine. I mean this place is a joke. I’ve had many cars, and I never new bad service like...

So again I give this company another shot because of how amazing Jose in the service department is but again I'm extremely disappointed and I'm besides myself with their way of handling return customers. So I take my ATS in for service because it started acting up while driving and wouldn't go over 25mph well its there for about a week and they call me to pick it up, I hi all the way down there from lake Elsinore to pick it up and the check engine light is still on and it did in me as soon as I start it. Well that's not the worst part, u had already dried my rental car if at enterprise so now I don't have a vehicle and they won't loan me a loaner vehicle because a year ago I had a loaner vehicle and it got hit while parked outside my house, not my fault at all but they tell me that's why they can't give me one so know I have to wait for an Uber to go back to enterprise and get another rental on my dime it gets better, they call me and tell me it's cause the K&N filter that had been on my car the 2 years I have had the car is why the car is running rich and they are charging me to put a stock air filter and housing back on. I can guarantee that tomorrow when it's supposed to be ready or won't be our at least that's not going to be the problem. This place is absolutely terrible and I'm not sure where they get their mechanics cause they can't seem to ever find the problem the first time and I have a full bumper to bumper warranty yet is cost me almost 1k to get new spark plugs and a new air filter and housing, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE OR WILL COST YOU WAY MORE THAN IT SHOULD AND THE DON'T FIX THE PROBLEM THE FIRST TIME. House in service is great...
