Park Place Installations — Attraction in Buffalo

I’d like to start by saying that I only take the time to write a review if I’m absolutely blown away by the quality of a product or service (which is hard to come by these days). With that being said, my experience was as follows.

I started with a basic home theater setup that I configured myself. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t meet my vision by any means. I contacted Park Place Installations and spoke with Jay (the owner) and after just five minutes on the phone I knew I had contacted the perfect person for the job. Not only was he able to understand and capture exactly what it was I was looking to accomplish, he was able to make recommendations as well. Jay wanted to ensure we were going to knock it out of the park, so to ensure proper room configuration, he came out and took a look at the room in question. (When the owner takes the time to come out and look for himself, it goes a long way). Not only was Jay timely and punctual, he was enthusiastic and professional. He really is a true class act!

The install itself went as smooth as it possibly could. Jay and his staff were on time, clean, courteous, and professional. I couldn’t possibly ask for anything more. I’d give the company 10 stars if I could. They truly exceeded my expectations. I won’t hesitate for a second to recommend this company and I will most certainly be using them in the future. No matter how big or small the project may be, I’m confident Jay and his team will not only capture your vision, but exceed expectations.

We would not recommend this company to anyone. We have have spent a lot of money with this company and we received nothing we paid for. Our system has never worked to its capabilities as promised we have issues to this day that they have not addressed. We are unable to use many of the features we paid for because they just don’t work. We have called and have been told numerous times the programmer would be out to assist us but low and behold they do not have an actual programmer in Buffalo he is in North Carolina. We have spent a lot of money on a system that does not work we are continuously having issue where we lose WiFi and cameras on a weekly basis and Park Place has stopped answering our calls. It has come down to us having to pay another company to attempt to figure out the system because it took Park Place almost a year to provide us with the plans we paid for. We have truly been robbed. This company does it deserve the business of hard...

Like most people, I tried to save some money. I had a friend of a friend install brand new, high definition security cameras at my home. Upon install & multiple attempts to get them to work, my friend stopped trying.

I found Park Place while searching the internet for someone to help me.

I made an appointment with "Sue", received a call back from Joe & James requesting information as to my issues so they can assign a tech. The tech assigned was a "Dave S" who arrived on time as scheduled & got right to work. Dave was the most pleasant & professional tech you can meet.

I know have a system that works great, & have Park Place Installations to thank for that.
