GameStop — Attraction in Burleson

Went in Saturday October 11. The worker was soooo rude. I was going to buy a $50+ purse but not after him being rude because I asked “no Pokémon cards?” It was such a terrible question for him apparently; literally made me feel ashamed for asking about Pokemon cards. Continued to mumble in an annoyed tone of voice “we post them on the door every Thursday” in a very rude tone like bro I don’t live at GameStop. I go to GameStop like once a month maybe like wow I’ll never ask him a question ever again. That guy needs an attitude adjustment because this used to be my favorite GameStop and yall lost my money that day because I asked 1 simple question and how dare I not know the schedule for pokemon release, just ridiculous. Feb 15 I purchased a headset from this store with a two year warranty. Got it home wasn’t working properly. I returned the following day to exchange it, I noticed they had the exact same product I purchased but designed for PlayStation (I purchased the model designed for Xbox) asked if they would exchange the headset I bought for the model designed for my console. Dude at the counter refused citing the return policy they would only return it for the exact same headset. Went 8 miles down the road to another location and they processed the return for the headset without any issues. Don’t buy here, certainly don’t return anything here....

This is one of the few stores you can go in and feel welcome. The fact that they handle this store so well, and seem passionate about their job, really help that professional Gamestop vibe. Some Gamestop locations can be snobby, some can be run down. This specific store, though, is neither. Whether you're familiar with games or not, they can always offer amazing suggestions, or conversations when they aren't preoccupied with inventory or another customer.
