Hi, Good evening/Good morning! My name is Manuel and I do Uber eats full-time started as a Uber x since 2015. I seen good progress and bad progress between UberEats and Fast-Food restaurants. And I understand you guys try your best to full-fill customers satisfaction but it seems like you guys don’t care sometimes about UberEats deliveries. For example today around 10:30-11:30 I got a pick up for Taco Bell located at 821 SW Wiltshire Blvd, Burleson, Tx 76028 and I wasn’t happy at all! I know delays happen but the way they handled customer service was bad 😕So when you get a delivery with UberEats on the platform It gives you the Business notes. I know it tells you to pick up inside for Taco Bell and I also know that they close at 3:00am but for some reasons they close some locations dine-in area only so when that happens we have to go thru the Drive-Thru and I get that but when that happens it sometimes makes it worst for us Uber drivers why you ask because when we think everything is going smoothly and find out that the lobby is close and out of nowhere cars end up lining up to order food 🤦🏽♂️ what does that mean for us Uber drivers well now we have to wait longer to pick up the order more delay’s! Anyways back to this location.It was late and I decided to go thru the drive-thru because I was afraid that the inside was going to be closed maybe it was open maybe someone was inside but it was late and I wasn’t really looking for people dining inside and on top of that the drive-thru was busy like 10 cars in front of me the car behind me was a Uber driver too that’s how I know that I am not the only Uber driver that thinks this way! We waited and waited until the Uber driver behind got tired of waiting and so I thought he left but nope I guess he saw that the inside was indeed open and parked and went in I guess? It was already late for me to back off the drive-thru and couldn’t even move at all just move forward took around 10 minutes to get to the speaker of the drive-thru I wasn’t really worried because it isn’t the first time I wait this long it’s becoming the normal to wait long to pick up for Uber. When I got to the speaker employee told me how can I help you today I told him I’m picking up Uber eats next thing he tells me can you give me a second I told him OK after two minutes someone else speaks and tells me again how can I help you today that’s when I got confused because I’ve been helped already I was waiting on them I told her explain that I’ve been helped and picking up for Uber. She told me that they couldn’t hear you I told her then why didn’t he explain it to me to repeat because I am having issues hearing you sir. Next thing she tells me is you have to go inside in the dining area to pick up for over. I told her I understand that but sometimes you guys are not open maybe not this location but others it’s at the top of this complaint. And I can’t get out because I’m stuck in the drive thru she tells me again you have to pick it up inside I told her that’s not going to happen because one I’m stuck 2nd it’s been over 10 minutes waiting 3rd I had another delivery with me already so I just wanted to pick up fast and go drop of the first order I had with me and told her I will see you at the window I will not move until I get the order felt like a standoff. When I got to the window they ignored me for awhile then decided to talk I told them again hi picking up for Uber (name/code) they told me you have to go inside I told them I understand but I’m already here why not just make are life’s easier and give me the order they closed the window door on me and again ignored with a full drive-thru line that went from 10 to 15 before me. Again another guy told me and told him the same ignored until someone older and mature told me how can I help you I told him nicely picking up for Uber eats gave him the name and he actually helped me made things easier for everyone I actually feel bad that younger generations are bad and older good. 6 months later. 🤬😡 I've been in this line for almost an hour and still 2 cars back (and can't get out) When I finally get to order I ordered the taco burrito pack. Got to the window 10 min later and ask to add 2 more tacos but she said that she couldn't do that cuz she already rung up my order. Now I've never had a problem before (other restaurants) on ordering more at the window. What is the deal with this place? THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I WILL GO TO THIS PLACE
I've never had an issue at this Taco Bell until the last few times, tonight I had enough. I order the power steak bowl, I get home and open it ready to eat the good steak that I'm used to. And all I got was two pieces of meat😫 and some crumbs, the black beans I got has five of beans and some juice.🤬😠 I called up there talk to the manager (who was very rude) and she just kept asking me, What do you want me to do that is serving size. I said ma'am this is not even 1/2tsp. of meat. I know you have more of a serving size than that. I have gotten more meat before. She just kept asking me what do you want me to do? I said well I'd like my money back. She just kept being more and more rude and then she just hung up on me! So essentially I paid $6 for some rice and some white lettuce with some green stuff😝 And after reading all of the comments I think I will try to get in touch with the owner or somebody in charge and report this lady because she is not a good manager! 👎

Read moreI'm really torn on this location. The staff is nice...but I feel like some of them need better training or to just lay attention. Tonight, we came through and ordered numerous items. In those, we ordered 2 quesaritos. We had waited in an extremely long line (not uncommon at this location). I've learned to always check the bags when getting takeout. Since the line was long, I quickly glanced in the bag. As we pulled away, I really looked and noticed one of the quesaritos was missing. Checked the receipt and wasn't charged for it either. It's for my kid, so I needed it. Called and they were nice about it and said they'd make one, free of charge. Unfortunately, we were already back in the extremely long line. When we get home, my husband and I open out chalupas. These were supposed to be beef. We confirmed at the box, saying "theyre beef right? Not steak?" She said yes, beef. These all ended up being chicken???? Chicken. What's baffling is the box even said beef on the screen, as she rung it up. But the receipt says chicken as well. I don't get it. We consistently have issues at this location. Most of the staff is nice about things but a few act as if it's our fault that they gave us the wrong items or missed our it's a entirely. Usually we pay and then the item never makes it in the bag. I don't think we'll be coming back to this location, even though it's ridiculously...
