The GM TIM does not care about customers and will straight out LIE rather than having the common decency to just say, hey something went wrong with the web page ordering.
Last night we placed an online order. We order from the Papa Johns about a mile from my home. The order was placed as I always do, with my home being the delivery location. After around 45 minutes, we get the text saying, “Papa John's: Good news! Your order from Papa John's is on its way!”. We waited 30 minutes and called the local store to check on the driver. They told us they had no record of our recent order. Reviewing the order email we saw it for some reason got routed to another store (Burleson). I called them and the manager of duty seemed very uncaring as to the websites error. He said, “well my General Manager, Tim, even called you and told you there was an error. Spoke directly to (name on the account).” This was a straight up lie as NOBODY called and spoke to my wife or I. After the realization that Tim lied, the manager on duty was much nicer and sympathetic to the issue.
I can’t tell you the level of frustration I had with your company. I get errors are going to happen with technology, but the fact that Tim could have saved us hours of time with a simple phone call, instead chosing to LIE about having contacted us is UNEXCUSABLE. I truly think his actions should...
Read moreIt's a shame the kids that answered the phone tonight had such a bad attitude. I have been a faithful customer to Papa Johns for many years. If the corporation would look up my account by phone number they would see that I spend a ton of money with their company. The Crowley rd store is wonderful, the folks there know us by name as do we them. The folks at the Burleson store attitude is horrible. Absolutely rude. I manage a 64 million dollar hub for the company I work for. If one of my team members ever displayed the type of customer service this guy did, they would no longer be apart of my team. After he repeatedly told me I wasn't in their service area just because my address is associated with Crowley Tx and not labeled as Burleson. I called my old store and they confirmed what I was telling the kid all along. I called the Burleson store back and gave my address again but yet still same attitude. Tried explaining its a new subdivision and the stores and other neighborhood surrounding mine his comment was "I don't need all of that I just need your address". After he finally figured out he was wrong about the service are there was no apology. The attitude became worse, and his tone was extremely dry. I called Mr. Jims pizza instead. Here's some advice kid your attitude determines your altitude. A loyal customer is a business's...
