Gym has a variety of equipment but people here have no gym etiquette. Dumbbells are often placed in the wrong spot (sometimes not even placed back on the rack) and people never hang their weight back up. The staff is nice tho and I like how it’s open everyday (including Christmas). If you don’t really care about organization and just want to lift then I recommend this gym for you

I would give zero stars if possible. This gym is ran terribly. The staff sucks and can never show up on time. Locker rooms always dirty and trash all over the place. I have found used condoms!!! As I am typing this there has been a box of Popeyes chicken on the floor of the locker room for about a week now. Do not come here!!!

Great workout! No lines waiting for machines or weights. Wide range of equipment and many similar machines so you can always get what you need! Very clean, safe equipment. Great employees! Supplements available and t-shirts or sweatshirts! They have everything! Pool, hottub, classes for all sorts of things! Love it!

I signed up with golds gym before the annual fee occurred. I noticed on my bank statement I was charged $49.00 annually fee. I called to have this issues resolved and it took them forever to refund me my money. I was promised follow up phone calls and no one called me back. I had to call back just to get an understanding about what was going on. Finally I spoke with someone and he told me my account was fixed and I wouldn’t be charged an annually fee again. Cool. Couple of months after that I was looking at my statement and was charged $49.00 again. I called and spoke with a manager and he apologized and said he would fit it. I insisted on canceling my account and to be refunded my money back to my card he said he would do so. He told me it takes 3-5 business days before my money is back on my card. The 3-5 days passed and on the 7th day I was calling to see what was the hold up. He stated he was waiting for his manager Aaron Denick to respond to the email to approve my refund. I said “ok”. Weeks passed by and I was still waiting. I called today and it still hasn’t been processed. This company or particular gym is very unprofessional I had to call multiple times to hear something about what was going on with my account. Every month the money is drawn from my account and now I’m waiting weeks to months for my refund. I think they need to handle situations better and Aaron Denick needs to be more aware of his customers that’s having issues with the way there system is set up. I DO NOT recommend anyone joining this gym due to how unprofessional they are and don’t know how to handle an issue in a timely manner nor reach back out to the customers to inform them what is going on. Very...

Positive: Great gym with everything you would want for training. Negative: Highest monthly fees in the area.

Updated review I have been attempting to cancel my membership for over a month now because I was given false information by the sales rep on membership "freeze" options when I joined, I completed a termination form and was given a last bill date and last use date after which I got an email from Golds corporate advising my membership would not be canceled for over a month and a half later than the termination form stated. (Management advised cancellation was 30 days from process date which was 41 days from the date I put in the request) (per corporate it will be over 80 days) I made multiple calls to Golds requesting to speak to management being told each time to leave a message and someone would call me back, no one ever called. I will now have to stop the drafts Golds has planned through my bank and go to the gym location to speak with management since they refuse to return calls.. I strongly advise against...

I’ve been going to golds for a while now, and this place was and is home for me. Through the last very chaotic few years, I always had golds to get away from life and pursue my fitness goals. Sadly, it’s changed quite a bit with the new ownership. The staff used to be super friendly and made effort to get to know all the members, especially the regulars like myself. Unfortunately, as they've moved on and new ownership took the reins, the staff straight up won’t even say hi to you, and are absolutely in their own world all the time. As I see more and more longtime members like myself leave, I cannot blame them and may be following them myself. Aside from the new equipment, the new ownership and staff has been very disappointing. Doesn’t take much effort to take a second to talk to us, aside from the typical cliques. Also, the gym etiquette here is absolutely non existent. People have no consideration a lot of times (there are a few ones left that try). Other than that, it’s a good gym. Just miss the old...
