The 1st of July, I came to this store and I was very impressed at first. I even did a contract with them for a white couch and a dining room set of 6. Everything was going well until it was 3 days before the delivery. After almost 2 months, we never received ANY word of confirmation of when our things were going to get delivered. We called on Wednesday, and the delivery was supposed to be that upcoming Saturday. I called and waited 5 min on the phone just for him to say “I will look and give you a call back”, which he never did. So, I called again the next day and was told that our things we ordered were not in stock and that we could get a grey couch and a dining room set of 4 instead, which clearly, that is NOT what we wanted. My mom then called and spoke to Kevin and his solution was, he could send us the grey couch, dining room set of 4, OR a “vacation”, neither options were what we wanted. Of course, the order was cancelled. Conclusion: NEVER come to this store. At first, they will be nice to you so you will want to be a client. Then, they will make you wait almost 2 months, they will not contact you to let you know your order is not ready, if you don’t call to confirm, they will probably send something else that you did NOT want, and definitely, once again, NEVER come to this store. Read moreI am beyond disappointed with the customer service I received after purchasing a table from this company. While the sales process was smooth and JC, the salesperson, was incredibly accommodating when making the sale, that’s where the “good” service ended. The table I received arrived damaged, and when I reached out for assistance, he said he will contact the manufacture, after that I was completely ignored. JC (the manager) who was so nice and attentive during the sale, suddenly became unreachable. It felt like once the sale was finalized, I no longer mattered as a customer. To make matters worse, when I tried to return the damaged product, they demanded a 25% restocking fee. Why on earth should I pay a restocking fee for a product that arrived defective? It’s outrageous and feels like a scam or it is a scam. This company clearly prioritizes making the sale over taking care of its customers and they have no after sale service or customer service. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. A company that doesn’t stand by its products or value its customers is not worth your time or money. I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before making...
Read moreI normally never leave a review, I just want to say we went into this store our sales person was great very helpful she was polite, after picking out furniture we were all set, then, It goes down hill from there, the delivery day the guys were rushing leaving the box’s out front and all the stuffing was left to blow all over our neighbors yard, after completion we were missing a section, I figured by the mad dash they may have over missed the part and tossed it,we went into the store our same sales person was on top of it in courage’d that the parts will be order and delivered, well weeks go by nearly a month had passed I heard nothing called the store and again our awesome sales person was shocked nobody had reached out, I was later I formed the missing part was in a secret compartment underneath the couch, well heck that’s a new one to me, so I check and behold there the missing section of my couch but now no hardware, to install sent over pictures what I need and this simple part 2 screws turned into a cluster, as I write this I still do not have my hardware to complete my couch.
