I used to drive 30-40 minutes just to have Mykonos because it was my favorite. Since I work in Burlington now I come for lunch every week. The last time I went for lunch they messed up my order but I ignored it thinking it wouldn’t happen again. Well I was wrong. I went for lunch today and even though a small Greek salad is and 1 chicken souvlakia is $10 I happily get hoping it would be perfect. I couldn’t even eat my lunch today because they gave me the wrong salad and I’m allergic to half of the stuff they put on it everything on it even though I specifically asked for only feta and cucumber. I called as soon as I realized my order was wrong but was told the managers wouldn’t be back until 4. I can’t just call in the middle of work so I waited until I got off. The first thing I did was ask for a manager but the employee that answered the phone wanted to play manager instead of just giving me to the correct person. Finally I got to a manager and after my explaining how this was the second time they messed up all they offered was a 50% credit towards my next small salad. Uhhh really???? Definitely my last time going there. I couldn’t even eat lunch and all I got was sorry next time check before you leave the restaurant. I called in my order and asked did they have a plate that came with two Gyros and fries, they confirmed they did. When I got there to pay, I noticed the total was a little high than my past orders. I confirmed before charging my card asking was I charged for 2 gyro plates, they said no. I then asked to see the receipt and they assured me it was for one plate. I proceed to pay for my food and once the food was handed to me, I decided to check it before I left because I live 47 minutes away and to my surprise I was charged for 2 plates. I then go back to the register to explain I did not order two plates and the rudest employee did not try to understand the problem at all. He insisted I just wanted something for free over and over again and just walked away 🤦🏾♀️. Such a disappointment since this used to me my favorite Resturant and I typically spend a lot of money each time I visit. Since their CUSTOMER SERVICE was so terrible when it came to them fixing a mistake they made, I told them to just keep the food and refund me for the entire meal. Read moreThis place use to be one of my family’s favorite! The last two times, I have ordered the staff could not get it right! Tonight was the worst customer no service. I ordered 5 plates. To only receive 4. When I called I talked to Alison the manager! She was to busy telling me she understood why I was upset, but after all I wasn’t charged for the missing plate. Or the short fall of the other 4 orders! I told her it was very frustrating considering I live 15 minutes away! It would be a round trip of 30 minutes. To come get the 5th plate and the chicken skewers that we’re missing. So the choice is to go get the food or one kid didn’t eat! Right.....no choice. Alison proceeds to tell me great I’ll have the four missing chicken skewers and the addition chicken plate ready at a discount price! I said Wait a minute . Are you telling me I have to come back round trip 30 minutes to get the food that you forgot to put in! And your going to charge me for it? Alison proceeds to say yes I can’t just give it to you! Like I said customer NO service. We have been loyal customers for a very long time! I brought the half order I received to get my money back! Shame...
