VIO Med Spa - Burlington — Attraction in Burlington

Had a great experience with the esthetician. She was lovely. I would go to her again at maybe another location.. gave me a great experience and normally I don’t like to leave a bad review of a business However, one of the women at the desk when I went to pay the first thing she said was “you come here often want a membership” mind you I hadn’t been to that location and hadn’t been overall in forever. I politely declined but it seemed that me even saying that bothered her. She gave me my total and I said “I’d like to apply the balance on my account” she rolled her eyes. Mind you I called both locations beforehand to make sure my account credits would apply to another location. She was immediately bothered. She rolled her eyes at me and seemed to be training the other woman at the desk and turns to her and says “we normally don’t do this” acting like I was some big burden. I told her I had called to check and she says “ I need to text someone for approval” rolling her eyes again and sighing.. the whole checkout experience was so off putting I wouldn’t go back to that location. don’t make customers feel like they are a pain for things that were checked on before hand and try to sell me when you don’t even have the correct information and then react negatively before this interaction with her considered becoming a member again but I won’t be back there. This (Burlington) spa has gone downhill since I first tried their services over a year ago. I came back for the same treatment, bought a large package (I’m embarrassed to say I spent THOUSANDS of dollars), and once that purchase was made, I was stuck with the shoddiest customer service I have ever experienced in recent years. The friendly facades quickly faded to nasty brattiness. Who is running this place? Because the front desk staff are juvenile and gossip about customers in front of other customers (yep I’ve heard it all). Snap at you to go ask one of the aestheticians to once again clarify the number of treatments left, protocol, what you signed up for…..because guess what: the story changes about what you purchased CONSTANTLY. The protocol for when you need to come back for each treatment changes CONSTANTLY and seems, in part, based on their inability to schedule properly. It’s ok for them to double book my session but if I need to reschedule, the princess at the front desk is mortally offended she has to do her job. Never have I had someone TURN THEIR BACK ON ME, stick their nose in the air, and refuse to engage in a typical conversation about scheduling and what’s left on your package. Here’s a news flash: you work here. You have basic job duties to fulfill. I am the customer. It is not my job to chase after YOU for answers and clarifications between staff. And no matter if you only spend a small amount of money here, EVERYONE deserves...

I have been a member at VIO Med Spa since they opened. I. look forward to my monthly appointment because it truly always a remarkable experience. From start to finish, Linda, showcases her exceptional skills and leaves me feeling pampered and refreshed each time I visit. So much so, i have referred several of my friend and family to VIO.
