Harvester Park has many different things to offer that most parks do not. I like that they have a wide range of activities for children who are smaller, (small-scale climbing areas as well as a music and sounds creation area /locks and gears area all at a small child's scale) as well as areas designed for much older children such as big kid swings, climbing nets that lead up to bridges, a tilted spinning activity, and even a short zip line. There is also a flat circular swinging apparatus that looks like would be perfect for children who had trouble sitting up who were older. An extensive sand and water play area that has water as well as a pulley system with buckets to haul sand up to another level is a great place for exploration for children of many ages. Read moreGreat park for sand play, music fun, zip-lining, and a good time on the splash pad. Be prepared to get super sandy and messy. Unfortunately, there isn't a rinse off area but it's got everything else your child could possibly want.
There's a mini-childrens museum area complete with instruments and historical plaquards and sound effects to match.

6 picnic tables are located under a covered area near a restroom. Lots of benches located throughout the park. The garbage cans have a nice top to them, which makes a world of difference when it comes to flys and bees.
The terrain is very uneven andsome places are not wheelchair accessible. The rubberized terrain is crawling...

Themed “Route 66” - this section includes three circular trampolines in bouncy surrounded material, do-it-yourself zip line, merry-go-round gym, a replica of The Tower with a tube slide 🛝, rocks 🪨 to climb 🧗 and a whale 🐳 and cars 🚘 to hide under or climb on. There’s a toddler section - just the right size. When you arrive from the parking lot, there’s a water 🚿 splash 💦 pad with a few different sprinklers, a music 🎶 hut 🛖, a climb-into little tree 🌳, a sand and construction 🏗 play area, swings… and so much more‼️ Did I tell you they have bathrooms?
