Dunegrass Co. - Cadillac — Attraction in Cadillac

I just placed an order and had it confirmed at 8:45pm. 15 minutes to close. I watched two other customers walk in and get their product and leave while my mother and I sat there waiting for my CURBSIDE PICKUP order and then at 8:56 pm they said the order was filled and I'd get another text when it would be ready for pickup? I chose curbside during the order, and then waited until 9:04pm before I had to leave to go get my Papa John's from around the corner that was also ready and the store closed at 9. I came back and knocked and called to no avail. Left unhappy messages and I'm letting you know right now: if ANY business had an online order with someone waiting in the parking lot (you have cameras obviously) they wouldn't close until that order is filled. It's the same as still having a customer in store. Extremely unprofessional. Also had them sell me the last time I was in, a disposable REFILL that wasn't even for the pen I asked for. I had to go buy a pen when I was in definitely in dire need of anxiety relief. I shouldn't have to leave a review like this at a place that typically takes really good care of their customers. If it weren't for the fact that I was already in Cadillac when these two instances occurred and the convenience was a selling factor, I would 100% choose pleasantries In Houghton Lake over this overpriced menagerie. It was my first time ever in a cannabis dispensary. I was scared. Lost. Devastated. Despite my calm demeanor stepping into the showroom, Jazz immediately knew I was in despair. In a moment’s notice she welcomed me and assured me she had my back as I made the first step into degeneracy. She guided me through the entire process and made sure that I was astutely aware of the different kinds of products that were available to me for purchase. For every issue I had, i.e. wanting to smoke but with no smell, no flower because it can get messy after awhile, she had a product with a solution. Jazz is a problem SOLVER. I just casually mentioned that I was looking forward to eating because I skipped breakfast, and she literally ended world hunger. There’s nothing Jazz can’t do....

A young man that works here has been selling Dunegrass products he is getting at employee rates for higher then market prices. Selling "wax" after hours of work to customers of dunegrass. Telling people that he's getting them a "friends and family" discount even though the product is cheaper to just buy in store. I am fairly certain if I was an employee of a company I could not take company products I get with an employee discount, and sell them to others for a higher price. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
