BSRI Thrift Store Calabash — Attraction in Calabash

Came about 15 minutes before closing, they kept coming up "several different employees" every minute we are closing rude and right in your face "you got to go we're closing." Last time I checked businesses that want and appreciate your sales don't throw you out of the store 5 minutes before closing. If I could give no stars I would because I have NEVER felt so disrespected! Don't donate your belongings or time here either unless you want to throw customers out I guess because after spending all day together talking the more important thing than rushing us out the door was talking so you couldn't even get checked out either so you could leave after so rudely...

We entered the store knowing we had a very few minutes. As soon as we got through the door, we were informed by all the employees that they were closing at 5. One employee even came to us when we were in the store to tell us they were closing in a very rude manner. I was going to make a $22 dollar purchase, however, I put it back. I proceeded to ask them if they were in a restaurant if they would be thrown out if it was closing time or if they were in a retail store if they would be thrown out. After shopping here for over a year, we decided to start donating as we support their mission to assist seniors. We won't be doing that anymore due to how rudely we were treated by the English lady working there when we tried to donate some nice furniture. She treated us very rudely and acted like she was doing us a favor by taking our junk off our hands. Very disappointed.
