Owosso East Plaza — Attraction in Caledonia Charter Township

My Brother & I went went & stopped here quick at The Owosso Krogers here. The Krogers Store Manager this Day was a Lady & another Kroger Emplyee stood next to her too. It was Thanksgiving Day And they were Smiling & Very Friendly & said " Happy Thanksgiving ! Welcome to Krogers. " I replied " Thank you." And I smiled back again & kindly said " And Happy Thanksgiving Day to Yous too." I told them. " You are doing an Awesome Job during these hard times of COVID 19 Pandemic Times. " and they replied back " Oh. Thank You so, much for Your Valuable Feed Back. They wore Face Masks. And had The Hand Sanitizers there available by the Entrance. Face Masks are Mamditory by Our Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer. But, that's good. Protection & Safety are the Key . Social Distancing Practice here as much as very possible. The plaza landlord is awful. The outside garbage cans are always overflowing. There's usually litter all over the parking lot. The buildings in that plaza recently suffered some storm damage from high winds and heavy rain. Some of the businesses there suffered water damage to their ceilings. Making the businesses interiors look poorly kept, and it's not the tenants fault. The roof has been tarped down way longer than it should be. Not sure why this landlord isn't doing there job. I used to shop here all the time, but ever since covid they have been going down hill. Their prices are astronomically high and the quality of their products are generally pretty poor. I stopped buying meat from them a long time ago because of rancid meat situations and a couple of times I bought block cheese that turned out to be moldy.
