Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Caledonia Charter Township

I called the Owosso location around 8:30 pm to see if they had mineral oil. I explained to them that I knew they were closing at 9 and that I had a bloated goat and that I needed to get the oil ASAP. I told the employee that I was about 20 minutes away. The employee quickly checked to see that what I needed was in stock and brought it up to the front of the store for me. It was already rang up at the register when I got there exactly at 9, and while I knew they were ready to close I did not feel rushed to exit the store, I was even able to go back and grab a few syringes that I needed as well. Both employees I delt with both on the phone and in the store were knowledgeable about the product I needed and the situation I was in, and thanks to their quick actions and kindness I was able to get what I needed during an emergency. I went into the store on Saturday evening to get plugs and and oil filter for my Kohler 20 horse and air filter for my Briggs and Stratton. The first associate pointed to the selection of air filters and said it's there, when I turned around to tell him I already looked there he was gone. I asked the young lady if he was gonna help me with an oil filter she went to get him and another Associate he asked me what I needed I told Him I also needed and oil filter for my 20 horse Kohler he pointed to the selection of oil filters and literally said it's one of them. I asked him for an application guide his response was most people know what they need when they come in, mind you I had the model number for my lawn mower. He walked away and left me standing there with absolutely no help. I left and went to the competitor down the street and got everything I needed no issues. That was terrible...

Well I have been using the dog wash for a long time. I have done this with my last 2 dogs. Now I went today and was handed towels instead of them being in the room. They said if I need more to come get them. Well I have a big bull mastiff and I won't leave her alone or pull her out to get extra towels. I was told by the wonderful staff there that a new management said it needs to be this way. I think it's so ridiculous I don't get towels in the room and there was no conditioner either. The change is not a good one at all. No one steals these towels no reason for them not to be in the room. This needs to be fixed I am sure I won't be the only one upset with this.
