Valle Lindo Park: A Hidden Gem in Camarillo Are you looking for a peaceful and family-friendly park in Camarillo? Look no further than Valle Lindo Park. This hidden gem offers a variety of amenities for all ages. We recently visited with our kids and had a wonderful time. The park features expansive green lawns perfect for picnicking or letting the kids run around. The playground is well-maintained and offers plenty of climbing, swinging, and sliding options. For those who enjoy sports, the park also has tennis courts and appears to be popular for pickleball. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. If you're searching for a relaxing afternoon in a beautiful natural setting, Valle Lindo Park is definitely worth a visit.

I love this park, my main reason to come here is to use their tennis courts. The park is well taken care, they have bleachers, big area to either walk or run and plenty of tennis courts. The tennis courts are outdated and not in the best of shape, but you get used it. It would be nice if they update them though. I’ve seen plenty of people walking their dogs, having parties or get together. They also have restrooms, I’ve noticed that the men’s does not have any lights when you use them at night but maybe I am wrong.

Nice Saturday afternoon. Really surprised to see so few people there. Definitely not what I'm used to. Where I come from parks are packed on the weekends. Anyway, so peaceful and lots of shade and trees. My stroll through the property was a casual 1.22 miles.

Went to try out the tennis courts for the 1st time with my partner but ended up leaving less than 20 mins later thanks to racism. When we got there, we waited for a court to open and no one else was waiting. 15 mins into playing, a Karen walks onto the court and asks us when we’ll be done. I tell her that we just got there. She goes on to “inform” us that her racket was in the fence and that means they were next in line for a court. Mind you, there was no one else waiting when we got there and we don’t know of some rule that you stick your racket in the fence as a waitlist lol. We told her we’d be another 10 mins and her and her little posse stared as the entire time until we just left. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt targeted. Sucks cos the courts...

This is an excellent local park that is well-maintained with the exception of of the bathrooms which are not clean very well and really run down. There has never been soap to wash your hands with.

It has its own tennis courts, restrooms, kids playground, picnic tables, party areas, and soccer field.

There is at least one doggy bag dispenser which motivates animal owners to clean up after their dogs. One bad thing is that every time I have gotten recently there are dogs off of the leases even though that is not permitted in the park. This is dangerous with small children and if you have animals yourselves that could start to fight...
