This is a neighborhood park that allows chickens and a rooster that live run all over the park. Parents let their toddlers relieve themselves in the play area. I just walked by and saw a parent slip a kid's training diaper off him and have him pee on the mulch. If you live nearby you can hear the rooster crow early in the morning.
