I normally don’t leave long reviews, but this experience was so frustrating, disappointing, and frankly, disrespectful that I feel obligated to warn others.

When we first arrived at the house, it was filthy. I’m not just talking about a bit of dust — we literally found bricks in the toilet, dirt and grime throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, and clear signs that the place hadn’t been cleaned properly, if at all. We had to deep clean the entire house ourselves just to feel comfortable living there. This was not what we paid for, and it felt incredibly disrespectful to be welcomed into such a state.

If that wasn’t bad enough, during our stay, the owner let himself into the property without any warning. No notice, no knock — just walked in. To make matters worse, this happened while my sister was fresh out of the hospital after giving birth to my niece. She was trying to rest and recover in what was supposed to be a safe, private environment, and instead had to deal with a total invasion of privacy. This is not only unprofessional — it’s unacceptable and borderline illegal.

After all of this, it took over a month to get our security deposit back, despite repeated follow-ups. And when we finally did, it was $150 short for a supposed “cleaning fee” — after we had done all the cleaning ourselves and left the place in far better condition than we found it. It honestly felt like they were just looking for any excuse to take more money from us.

There was a complete lack of communication, no accountability, and absolutely no respect for our time, our money, or our basic rights as renters. This rental was a disaster from start to finish.

I strongly urge anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. There are plenty of honest, respectful hosts out there who care about their properties and their guests. Unfortunately, this is not...

Take your money someplace else! Terrible company owned by nothing but professional scam artists. Thankfully we never have to rent again and sorta got compensation. The contract I signed clearly stated no felons or cats. After 10 months of not having to complain I had much higher expectations than what they met when I had requested help fighting the flea infestation our neighbors 10 cats caused and they refused. =Grand total ($900)Instead they told us we were released from the lease (wife just had baby and was on no income maternity leave). we had kindly explained our issue and only requested the cost to be partially shouldered. Again they refused, so we started making plans to find somewhere else to live. Although we had the option to leave, all our belongings were infested with fleas and eggs which we didn't want to take with us so we had no option but to stay for a couple months of treatment. A month later one of my neighbors with multiple felonies attacked and injured my wife as she got out of her car, she was arrested and later tested positive for methamphetamines . When I informed the landlord they told us she was grandfathered into her contract and that there was nothing they could do. After her release she attempted colliding her car into ours with our children inside at the neighborhoods intersection. We were forced to leave immediately for my family's safety. We were not present for the entire month but still paid rent, they tried telling us we were obligated to pay until our lease was up (Mind you they released us from the lease two months prior with 2 weeks notice). Of course we didn't see a cent of our deposit. I guess I should also add the fact they take over a month to repair your sink when its leaking causing...

This rental agency is pretty much the worst. They were nice to get us in a hurry when we needed a home from moving across the country, but after they have been pretty bad. The house had issues when we moved in and made note of on the agreement but they were not fixed until 3 months later. We still have issues that haven't been touched. We had the AC go out, the guy told us it was installed incorrectly so we would have to run it at a certain temp (constantly) for it not to freeze, which they knew the utilities would be higher and didn't disclose it. My husband also had to miss work as the guy needed house access. The kitchen sink drainage was installed incorrectly and leaked EVERYWHERE ruining a few expensive items due to mold and hard water, the maintenance guy said the wood would have to be replaced as it's now moldy under the surface so we are breathing mold now. Again, he didn't want to let himself in and they did not show up according the the scheduled time my husband missed work. The bathroom sink faucet is basically plugged from hard water it sprays everywhere they haven't fixed it and apparently refuse to. The towel rod that had been ripped out of the wall is finally replaced but there is holes and major missing paint. The missed work and damaged items are not being compensated off rent and after over a week and rent being due they are not willing to adjust anything. Which is illegal according to renters laws.
