Sola Salon Studios — Attraction in Canton Township

Came to Sola because I saw a post on FB advertising services for Natalie Stefanko. She rescheduled my appointment day of, fine.. things happen. While she was washing my hair at the bowl after coloring it she said 'you are going to want more red'. She blow dried, I agreed I would like more red to get closer to what I had asked for. She said no problem, come back next week and I will put a glaze on it no charge. We set up an appointment, and she rescheduled...3 more times- And usually not letting me know until I reached out to her. At this point I decided it was not worth my time trying to go back to her so I asked for my tip and the cost of the glaze in a refund. She ghosted me until I threatened reviews, and then claimed she never offered a free service and that 'I should have come back'...as if I hadn't tried to. So I might choose another stylist if you value your time and good...

Kanika Sood is my favorite esthetician. She is so helpful so kind and sweet. I have been going to her for a year now and she is great and what she does! She is fast, her suite is clean, and nice. Kanika also offers many classes such as waxing, eye lash courses ect. I took her wax course and she was extremely hands on and helpful, I learned alot of valuable information and she provided me with a certificate of completion. I saw Emily for a consult on Thursday. I can't wait until she fixes my hair! I got a bad highlight job somewhere else.
