Worst customer experience in a very long time at any restaurant. Yesterday evening my BF picked up our order from this horrid place via DoorDash. It was incorrect. We drove back to the restaurant & walked into a nauseating chaotic scene. Oh, & while driving there called the restaurant several times, which we received a generic cellphone voicemail recording. No greeting indicating this is a legitimate business. Back to the experience inside of this place. Once inside we were met with a gentleman who stated he had been waiting for his carryout for 45mins & that he hoped I had sometime to wait. I advised the hostess that our order was wrong & what it was. She looked at it then opened a menu to confirm items were missing. Red Flag. The entire meal was missing besides the fajitas I ordered. I advised her that itâs obvious that we would be waiting for some time, for our order to be corrected,(someone waiting for their DoorDash order complained about sitting there for over 20mins after order shouldâve been ready)so we wanted a refund. She went in the kitchen & said someone would be out. We waited another 15mins, before my BF stopped someone from the kitchen. This man appeared to be overwhelmed & his customer service was underwhelming. His English was barely comprehensible & the things that I could understand was spewed very rudely. We were told we would have to cancel via DoorDash for a refund. I inquired if anything needed to be done on the establishment end, to assure a refund? He didnât appear to understand & continued to repeat himself. We requested a manager. He stated âno no manager, he quitâ with a shrug of his shoulders. Also his breath was vomit inducing. Friend called in and ordered for carryout today (5/25/2020) for a smaller order for two - the employee taking the order gave a total and an estimated pickup time (no name for the order, which is important for the next part).
We arrived at the restaurant and I went in to cash out, had to wait for the woman in front of me to finish her transaction and rant about the guy that was just in there not wearing a mask - worker ringing out orders asked for my order # - told him it was a phone order under Such&Such name, cited off the items on the order. He shook his head and said he needs the order number. Asked him to hold on I would go double check to see if friend had a number in the car.
Went out to the car to ask if they gave an order number via text or something, since I was in the room as he ordered it and they definitely didn't give an order # audibly, he said no but told me the items on the order again and I went back into the restaurant.
Informed the guy that we didn't have an order number but I could give him the phone number we called with in addition to what should be on the ticket and he went over to the long carry-out table and started pointing at all the receipts on the bags and a handful of receipts in his hand and said he 'has many orders' and needed an order # to find mine.
Realizing the back and forth was going no where and I hadn't actually paid for the food yet, I decided to laugh and said okay.
And that, children, is the story of how I had leftover BBQ for dinner. Hope one of the workers enjoys the enchiladas and burrito.
P.S. - If the owner or management reads these, you guys might want to start taking names or numbers for orders when dealing with mobile orders in the future, will save you...
   Read moreNot pleased with my experience here today. I had heard from a few friends that this place was not good. But I happened to be driving by here and needed to eat, so I figured I would stop. I placed an online order, it told me it would take 30 minutes to be ready. It took me about 15 minutes to get to the restaurant from when I placed my online order. I noticed that the parking lot was pretty empty when I got there, so I figured my order would be ready since they weren't busy at all. I walked in to get my order and waited about 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I walked in. When someone finally asked me what I was there for and I told her I had a carryout, she walked in the back, and then came back empty handed. She asked if I placed an online order, and I said yes. Their online order system at the desk had been beeping the entire time I was there. Then she told me that no one claimed my order when I placed it 20 minutes ago, but she just claimed it, and it would be another 20 minutes for it to be done. Already not a good experience and I was already kicking myself for choosing this place. I went back to my car and waited 20 minutes. Came back and got my food. Went to eat, and I can't even begin to describe how disappointed I was. Everything was so incredibly flavorless. Not even salt in any of the food. Barely any chicken in my enchiladas, which was just boiled chicken breast stuffed inside soggy tortillas and topped with what tasted like straight up tomato sauce from a can.
