I have been eating Paradise Pizza for as long as I can remember. Their food is fantastic. This evening , with the restaurant not that busy, half the tables, I waited, and waited, and waited for our server to return to the table to get a glass of water. She was not busy, as she was just sitting at the counter speaking with her co-workers and once cleaned a table that had left Given she would not even look in the direction of our table, I called her, in an elevated voice stating "Excuse me Miss". That got her attention. I then apologized to the individuals that were there for my being thirsty and not getting any service. This was after I had eaten two slices of pizza. Then, after the bill was presented, the chef comes over and sits with us asking who yelled at my server? I advised it was me. He then advised that I am not going to allow that. I then conveyed to him that she should be serving, not setting the food down and not coming back. He then stated again I am not going to allow you to yell at my server. I advised that he will not have to worry about that, as I will not be returning as a customer. He stated that's fantastic, and got up and walked away. My first job was in the service industry, the customer is most important, wherever you are. When people are going out to eat you want to ensure that they are being taken care of not just taking their order and dropping off their food, and then coming back with the check hoping for a good tip. They must not understand that tip is an acronym for To Ensure Proper Service. In his present day in age I manage a team of 37 employees. I would have never taken the attitude in demeanor of the chef when he sat down at our table, and got up and left. Unfortunately this server is going to be something that will cause me never to return to Paradise pizza, as well as the chef and...
Read moreOk, so I have never been so inclined to write a review about anything before in my life. This review is not about a restaurant, a delivery person, a person on the phone who took the order, a chef or even an owner. All of those things have been reviewed before and always with 5 stars concerning this particular place. It would not be necessary to go over again how great everything is here. Lets just say, we are way beyond that here. This review is about a tuna sandwich. Not just a tuna sandwich, but a tuna melt. The most incredible and delicious tuna melt I have ever had the privilege to put in my mouth. As expected it came on a fresh hoagie roll, toasted to perfection, cheese melted on top of the tuna , softly coating the tuna in anticipation of some lucky person taking a bite and having the warm cheese mingle with the moist tuna fish sticking gently to your teeth and melting in your mouth. The mix of this with some mild fresh onion, shredded lettuce and juicy tomato dripping towards the corner of your mouth for your tongue to reap the reward of the last drop trying to escape. The tuna, was so fresh, and perfectly mixed to create a perfect balance. Not dry, not salty, not at all making the bread soggy, not a drop of extra mayo dripping on the plate. Even delivered to my home which is a good fifteen minutes away it was warm, firm and the bread was like it was just taken from the oven. Never, ever have I considered ordering a tuna sandwich, a warm tuna sandwich, a melt, for delivery being terrified of what might come, but all I can say now, is I'm so glad I got the...

Paradise Pizza, Lafayette St., Cape Coral, Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.
I was lazy so I got the meal delivered.
I got the broasted chicken. Which is really just fried chicken. It comes with fries.
I do like this meal. For 9 bucks,It is pretty reasonable. It taste good too.
The only problem which is with me. I find it too salty. I find almost all process food TOO salty for me....I just limit my salt intake. You should try it.
The other great item is the stromboli. Unlike other pizza joints, which only have 3 items inside,
Paradise gives you 5 items inside plus the dipping sauce on the side.
You must try this.
Delivery was sooner than expected food was hot.
OBA OBA OBA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally I found a place in SWFL that should have a shrine in front of it. A place that has REAL NY Style pizza. A thin crispy crust with great tasting pepperoni and fresh mushroom. Where the employee's are also great and fast. The sauce has that sweet tangy taste of tomatoes with oregano and basil combine, It off the main drag. but ,ohhh so melt on the lip on of delousiness .
I cannot wait till I try the subs, calzone, Stromboli and such the next time
AHHH I went back for a 2nd time. I had the calzone and a Italian sub.. Just plain outstanding. The sub had loads of meat and it was made perfect to order. The sauce on the side of th calzone was sweet and...
