I recently bought furniture from this store a few months ago. The furniture is great! My reason for 2 stars is that after discussing this with others I think I had a less than a professional experience. The woman checking me out read my address and realized we were neighbors, however she did not realize that this had been my residence for 5 years and went on to say “oh are you the new neighbors” and before I could let her know that I was not she said because the old ones were shooting or something to that nature. I kept my composure in that moment and was truly quite embarrassed but I knew it was my house she was speaking on as an incident with my ex a week early with a gun (no shooting) had taken place which was at no fault of my own. When a manager tells you they are going to fix a huge mistake on their part to do with the financing do not expect them to really do it. Lying to customers about 12 month financing and them finding out it was only 6 month financing when they receive a bill that added $250 worth of interest they were not expecting is bad business to me. Will not ever do business with them again and will never recommend them to anyone I know.
