I have not been here, but as I can tell by looking through all these reviews is that they are obviously faked and would not put trust in this company to repair any of my phones. With them being open for only two weeks and having 20 reviews (Some were removed - lol I wonder why). I would hope that the owner would flag this review and try to take it down, but that would make Google themselves actually look into this review and decide. A little obvious when every review is 5 stars and little detail was put into them and most have only given one review on their Google account. Okay, I’m done.

Edit: The response below doesn’t include the issue I am having in the first place - The reviews are mostly inauthentic and puts the business at a lower standard of authenticity. I would not recommend this place solely on the fact that they do not trust real people to give them reviews and/or gave the people writing the reviews a discount of some sort. With your grammar not being so-great, as example “%100” and not having a space in between periods. It doesn’t look good for a business to be heard. You didn’t even deny that you per say “bought” your reviews....

Purchased an I-watch charger, the owner open the box to confirm that the item work before I left the shop, I thought this was odd. My watch was 100% dead. the charger showed that it was charging so I paid and left. I tried for the next two days to charge the watch with no success. I took the charger back and the same person that sold it to me was there. I explained that the unit would not charge my watch, he started looking for another charger but did not have be in the store. I ask him for a refund back on my card and he explained that he was unable to. The total was $32.32, he went to the cash register and took out $30 and smiled and apologized. I explained that he was $2.32 short and he said that he was not able to give me the tax back that it was gone. I made it clear that he was going to give me all of the money back. I dont recommend going to this store. I brought a PlayStation 5 here. The Spiderman 2 bundle pack. I put it on layaway because well they have a layaway plan. The day i finished paying it off they hand me a regular PlayStation 5. I asked "wheres the bundle i put on layaway" and the guy didnt know what happened to it. He made a bunch of excuses and lies that the bundle doesnt come with the game anyway but a coupon for 50 percent off or something. He mustve thought i was dumb. He at least aknowledged he gave me the wrong one but to make up for the 100 dollar difference he offered a phone case and screen protector till 3 days later i tried to talk to the actual owner but i guess he didnt show up but told that same worker to offer me 50 bucks back. I took the 50 but never going back. Be mindful and very careful if you go to this store because if they did this to me imagine what they...
