So I frequent BWW at least once a week. I have never had any major issues with food or service until recently. I love the family friendly environment and the wonderful service I usually receive. My recent visit to the Carlsbad location had to be one of my worst experiences at any restaurant. It was a family outing with my wife, kids, mom and dad and aunt. As soon as we walked in it took 15 minutes to get seated when 80% of the tables were open, thats not acceptable! Once we got seated there was food under our table, not just small pieces but food everywhere, thats not acceptable! There were three tables around us thats tables were never cleared the hole time we were in the establishment, thats not acceptable! The server was very rude and we were never checked up on the whole time we were there except when food was brought to us and the check was given to us, thats not acceptable! Parts of my dish and others dishes were missing, thats not acceptable! We informed the manager on duty and all he said was sorry and walked away, no empathy whats so ever. Our server's name was Britney, but she spelled it weird like Brytnee I think, she also had a HUGE hickey on her neck, thats not acceptable! I don't remember the managers name. This might be an isolated event at this location but after reading more reviews for this location it seems to be a troubled establishment. You can look up my email and see that i'm a rewards member that establishes BWW frequently, but never there again!

We appreciate hearing from our guests about all aspects of our business, both good and bad. I would like to apologize that your issues were not resolved in an orderly manner. I believe you may have arrived right at our shift change which was chaotic as we had some team members not arrive on time. This is not an excuse in any way shap or form. I will be speaking with the floor manager about the issues directly as none of this is acceptable. I would love the opportunity to show you how our store normally operates. Please make it known to the manager on duty on your next visit your name and that we are providing you with a meal. If you have any questions or other issues please reach out to me directly. Again, thank you for taking the time to communicate to us your experiences. We feel certain that your next visit will be a pleasant one!

What a joke, the manager couldn't take care of the situation when I was there what makes you think I would give you...

Would give zero if I could - perfect example of how all it takes is one bad franchise to ruin it. We are new to the area and were excited for this BWW considering it's a small town and restaurants are limited, however, we will never return to this location. It was one of my husband's favorite places to eat, literally ate there at least once a week back home in Houston & now I think Carlsbad has turned him off BWW for good. People who have lived here might be used to it (or most likely settle just bc there isn't that many other restaurants), but if you are passing through Carlsbad for whatever reason, DO NOT STOP HERE! If you want wings that bad, then drive the extra hour to Roswell for an actual pleasant BWW experience. The last time we were here really ruined it for us for good. There was nobody else waiting for a table so we stood at the host stand and nobody came for I'm not kidding almost 10 minutes. Granted there were other workers at the to-go counter, servers passing by, and even some not even working just standing there talking. I normally would've got someone's attention but at that point it was almost comical, I wanted to see how long it would actually take to get a table. When the hostess finally made her way back to her station, there was no acknowledgement of how long we were waiting, not even a greeting, just a "how many?" & then she walked away again! At that point we were ready to leave but we were hoping since it wasn't as busy as usual maybe the service would be better than it had been the last few times we went. But no of course it wasn't. It gets worse every time. It took a while for her to come and get our drink order (like every other time) so we went ahead and tried to order bc we didn't know when we'd see her again. So to top it off, this location doesn't honor promotions like 1/2 off Wednesday's etc. This was the first location we'd been to that doesn't participate and at that point we were just over it, we left without even ordering, and WILL NOT RETURN. Icing on the cake, the restaurant is always filthy - bathrooms, dining area, waiting area, so let's guess how the kitchen looks.. We called to complain to corporate which I've never had a bad enough experience anywhere to do. We were offered a $15 gift card which we refused - all we wanted was someone to come see for themselves just how terrible this location is. I wish there was a saving grace for us to return, but I can safely say Carlsbad has ruined BWW for...
