Central Park — Attraction in Carmel

This is by far the coolest playground I've ever been to. It must have just opened in the last month or so. Everything is brand new and the grass is still growing around it. There must be dozens of climbing features and everything is unique and state-of-the-art. They have maybe six or eight different slides and several very clever contraptions including a teeter totter like ride that even the adults can play with. :-)

I wish they had playgrounds like this when I was a kid!

The playground is joined with a splash pad and has several areas for picnicking. There are walking trails and Mother Nature areas right next to it as well.

Such a great place for younger toddlers to older kids. The splash pad offers a toddler section towards the back of the park. Intriguing play equipment for all ages. Two very large shelters to sit under. Bathrooms are very nice and kept up. Changing tables are available. The squishy playground floor is great for toddlers learning to walk and gentle on adult feet.
