Nice place to see a music event. My first visit was to see Sting and I enjoyed the concert immensely even with seats behind the stage. There were enough speakers pointed our way that we didn't get that muffled sound you can get when backstage, particularly with the in ear monitors being used onstage these days. The padded benches that make up the behind the stage seating could be a bit more comfortable, but with a rock concert you are often standing, so it wasn't terrible. Definitely liked the price for those seats MUCH better! The ushers were great, the person who showed me my row also helped when he knew where the shirt, CD, and other band concessions were. There are three entrances to the building and they were selling that stuff at only one, so I didn't have to scour the building to know they were at the west side. Liquid concessions and snacks are at all three entrances, are cashless, and can be brought...
Read moreBeautiful facility. Very clean and seats were comfortable. We sat in the 2nd balcony in the back right side and we could see stage just fine. Was nice because we could move our chairs around.
The only 2 reasons I didn't give it a 5 star review is (1) it is very confusing figuring out how to get to your seat or even how to get back to the main lobby to leave. Had to ask 2 people how to find our seats but they must realize the struggle as they have people to help you. (2) we had a balcony box seat but also had a very large camera and man who sat behind us. It was very intrusive and I didn't feel like I could sing along (Motown Christmas concert) or dance like many people in other sections were doing. If they are going to put a large floor video camera behind your seat it should be posted and price of...
Read moreWe had balcony seats nose bleed. I guess you could say, but with zero visibility. Could barely hear the violinist. Before the concert, the usher gave us a harsh tutorial on cell phones that didn't need to happen because it was announced. I asked for a glass of champagne, and then the bar maid gave me a lecture on how this is not a full bar. Champagne is the basics not so much indicative of a full Also, I found the joke about how the volunteers don't get paid and how they should get a double pay of nothing pay raise...
