Carmel Winter Farmers Market — Local services in Carmel

Underwhelmed. Unorganized. My first impression; walked in and was scolded by group of workers who were standing around that unpleasantly yelled "that's the exit! Come through the entrance next time please!" Even if the doors weren't labeled because no one had put up the signs yet (which i didn't learn til i left). I guess i should've guessed correctly or I'll be psychic next time. Checked out the vendors. They had great ones but not many options. Small room of vendors. Maybe they'll have more soon. The choices were still great, i liked the vendors, but the workers were rude and didn't want to be there. I don't see myself coming back for a long time. If they have what you need then it's a good stop. But parking is VERY limited & if there's any at all you probably need an off road vehicle to Baja your way in. An abandoned factory is not exactly an inviting atmosphere to get what you would want from a "farmer's market". I love this farmers market. Lots of great vendors - I get my eggs and veggies here every week. Friendly volunteer staff, and good vendors - also some great breakfast vendors.
