Sooo, I am sharing my awesome, unforgettable experience with Candy Apple Custom Collision Body Shop because I am super impressed with each and every single person that works in this building and the way that they handle their business, as well as the way they treat their customers . I don't know about y'all, but it seems to me that truly great customer service is almost unheard of anymore. Well, Candy Apple has restored my faith in wonderful customer service, with their extraordinary quality of work, and employees that actually show you they care, even after they've said it because you think they have to. Of course all companies will tell you what you want to hear to get your money. 9 times out of 10, once they have your money, it's hard to say (or sometimes even SEE) where it actually goes (or went) once the work is actually finished and you're looking at it, all the while wondering how they could get something so significant past you with such a huge price tag. Kim took the time to make sure our policy was honored respectfully, as it should have been. People. If you are in need of body work, look no further because I promise you will not be disappointed with their results. The truck that backed into me didn't feel the impact and kept driving. This, of course, freaked me out bc it made it look like I hit them in the rear-end. I was already trying to convince myself that at least I still had a car and no one was hurt. The thought of putting it in the shop never crossed my mind bc of the circumstances. Well, not ONLY did Kim call my insurance company, TELL them exactly what they were going to do and their role of responsibility as far as the cost, but she also made sure that the rental car (the one she told State Farm they were taking care of!) picked Paul up from the shop and that we had a way of getting around while they worked so hard putting my car back together ! I've had serious issues with insurance companies in the past, they never want to do their job, and will try anything to make you think it was your fault so they won't have to pay anything. Kim and Kyle made it so easy! They handled everything right down to making sure our insurance company didn't try to take advantage or twist everything around. It was clear from the start that they do care about you , your car, and about you being 100% satisfied with the work and service to your car. I hope I'll never need body work again, but I'm putting the word out that this place is the way to go if you do happen to need body work yourself. I almost didn't recognize my own car! 😂😂 Thank you, Kim! Thank you,...
Read moreI am not impressed very often these days because I come from the generation that remembers trying on clothes at the Atlanta Downtown Riches and having the salesperson bring you other sizes of outfits without having to leave the dressing room. Or going to a Thom McCann shoe store where the salesperson would carefully measure your foot and bring you different shoes in different sizes. My point here is that this country has lost the art of Customer Service. I compare taking my car to a body shop as to going to the dentist. You know it's going to hurt and you know it is going to be expensive. So I was not so excited to walk in to Candy Apple Customs with a damaged vehicle. But from the moment I walked in, Dee put me completely at ease and I knew then that I had made the right decision. She went over the entire process and explained everything in detail. And believe it or not, held to that agreement. I was treated like a really important customer and human being. I won't go into their precise details because it's just too much. But I can honestly say that my vehicle looked and felt so much better than before my accident. The way I was treated and the service they provided reminds me of what Customer Service use to be like. And even though it is far and inbetween, there are some businesses out there that still really care about the service they provide. My hat is off to the whole crew there and this is the only body shop I will ever recommend. You will be as "wowed" as I was when you...

I was in an accident that wasn't my fault and told by (not my) insurance company that I could go anywhere and begin the process of getting a quote and getting my car fixed. They gave me an email address that the collision center would need to send the quote to but this place wouldn't even see me until the insurance company sent them a work order. I had to spend all afternoon on the phone calling them and waiting on hold because candy apple couldn't just send an email with the quote or give me a quote to send. It wasn't my insurance so It wasn't super easy just to get in contact with them and get them to do whatever I needed. Also when I finally got on the schedule to get my car fixed they asked if I needed a rental. I said yes. The insurance asked if I needed a rental. I Said yes. I thought I would have a rental. I call them to make sure the rental would be arranged and they said they didn't have me down for a rental. I called the insurance and the rental car company and had it arranged myself. When I dropped myself off with my vehicle the next day they again asked me if I needed and rental and said they normally arrange them and said they didn't have me down for one. I just felt like they didn't care about me at all and dealing with this place was a...
