Today's experience was not what I am used to at the place I called " the best in Cartersville " . The food was so so . Went to the car to get a bigger cup to put my tea to go in and on my way back in I poured out a little water and the waitress standing outside made a face and rolled her eyes at me and I said " did that hurt you , just water " I continued to walk inside to the booth I was setting out to retrieve my tea and was verbally and nearly physically assaulted by a younger man who I found out was her brother . Apparently he thought I insulted his sister, not me or my aim ...I simply poured out some water and was on my way home. He continued to yell and threaten me physically and to call the police ? What did I do ? Poured out water in the parking lot and had faces made at me ?? 1st of all I am the customer ...I don't care if you are the owners kids treating people like that will not aid in your business at all. Maybe you could of simply laughed or asked me what I said in a polite manner. I said nothing bad to anyone nor did I deserve as a customer who spent over $30 for lunch to be treated in such a hostile manner. Dear Owner I know you love your kids but they were in error in a big way ....I understand family sticks together but have a better reason to defend than something that minor. It's now major ! I am praying and seeking counsel as to whether or not to press charges for verbal assault . God bless anyway but that was completely out of hand . You as the owner can make this right or stick with an overly aggressive family member with potential to ruin your wonderful restaurant....the choice is yours , God don't like ugly like that .....period . We all have moments and I will accept an apology but if not I will tell everyone I know , everyone they know , and write reviews like this on every site I can find .....people need to know they could be assaulted in your place by children who...

The last time we went to this restaurant we ordered a pitcher of margaritas. By the time we got halfway through the picture there was so much ice in the picture that it watered down and ruined the margaritas. So⦠We asked for a pitcher of margaritas without ice on it. We told them that we understood that the picture wouldnāt be full as it normally would with all the ice on it. After a good 10 minute wait⦠The waitress came back and said the manager said that we canāt make margaritas this way (rocks / no rocks) Iām not sure I understand this policy or why this couldnāt be accommodated. The āmanagerā couldnāt be bothered to come over and explain why. Also, I got the fajitas⦠They brought me two tortillas. When I asked for additional tortillas⦠they charged me a dollar for three more tortillas⦠Really? A dollar for additional FLOUR tortillas when you order a $15 fajita dinner. Ā Ā Ā Read moreBad service, took 10 minutes for waitress to take order. She gave us a plate wrong (pupusa). Took a while for her to stop by so we could ask for the right one. After that busboy came to pick up plates and we asked if he could get the waitress or please put the order in so we wouldn't keep waiting longer.... he said he couldn't that we must wait. So we asked if we have to get up and place order ourselves He smirked and chuckled and said YES! To our astonishment we did. We went to the kitchen and asked the cook . They came back with the order several minutes later. Waitress had no clue neither did she apologized for delaying to check on table at all. Food was OK not amazing but not bad at all. It was the service with the staff that made it a bad experience. No manager came to check on us. They are a team they ought to work together but seems they are on a free for all.....
