I placed a mobile of a sweet tea, burger and chicken bites. I waited about 17 minutes for my order to be ready, which I normally wouldn't mind but when I see two cars pull up and both only sit for less than 5 minutes and get served before me, it doesn't make sense. I asked for signature sauce, and they are out every single time I visit. I also asked for easy ice and of course the ice was filled to the top, yet again. I attached a photo, apparently that's their definition of "easy" ice. After getting home I noticed they didn't give me any honey mustard that I'd ordered, so I had to drive all the way back. When I asked the manager for honey mustard he said they didn't have any. Why didn't anyone tell me that before I left??? So I just get no sauce with my chicken? I had asked them for a new sweet tea as well with light ice. There was not a single apology, and they acted like I inconvenienced them with my food being wrong. I left a tip on this order as well. Now my food has gotten cold after having to drive all the way back for sauces and after waiting almost 20 minutes while multiple people who pulled up after me were served first. This will be a bit long. First of all, we LOVE Sonic! Even after working at one for 9 1/2 years. Tonight my husband and I stopped at the Sonic in Cartersville. The place was busy but not too busy. The carhops were definitely hustling. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen . The food was freezing cold when we got it. My extreme tots, my buffalo popcorn chicken (which barely had any sauce), and my husbands tots, all tasted like they had been sitting out for 30+ minutes. I didn't receive a fork and had to ask for one twice. We stopped a worker walking by and asked if our cold food could be remade. She smiled and politely said "yes!" We wait about 5 minutes and here comes our food, STILL cold. What a waste of $20. We still tipped the young lady $3 because she obviously wasn't the cook. However, their kitchen crew needs to step it up. There is NO EXCUSE for cold food to go out not once, but twice. We were extremely disappointed. We won't be stopping back by this particular Sonic...

This is of course a very subjective review and it's a fast food joint so take it with a grain of salt. If you like Sonic food then this is a good place, if you don't know Sonic food then picture a concession stand at a football game, but definitely better tasting.

As far as this location I am giving them a 5 star review based on the employees. The food is ok, nothing negative to say. I come here probably once a week or so because it's close to my house and it's convenient for when I'm out and about.

Most importantly the staff (I've only met the staff that comes to your car) are always smiling, pleasant and professional. My order is always hot, timely, and professionally delivered to me.

I have probably been here 40 to 50 times and the staff is constantly great. I'll keep coming back for that alone as long as the food doesn't go completely downhill.

Kudos to the management for hiring and keeping good staff and running a good shop!

Today during the lunch hour, pressure washing was being done on the premises. While regular maintenance is appreciated, it would be more considerate to schedule this type of work at a time that doesn’t coincide with peak lunch traffic—especially on a Friday. Unfortunately, while management was understanding and acknowledged the concern, the individual performing the work continued to blow oil, debris, and trash onto vehicles, including mine, with little regard for those entering or parked nearby. This lack of courtesy was disappointing and undermined the otherwise professional response from management. I hope future maintenance can be scheduled more thoughtfully to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to customers

I will not be going back because she also said I could get a refund either. Ridiculous!!!!
