WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Georgia

So I am very disappointed with each time I have ordered from this place. I ordered lemon pepper and honey garlic wings, I thought that the honey garlic would be more of a minced garlic and honey coating, but instead it was a clear simple syrup solution in a bottle with a granulated garlic and pepper mixture sprinkled over that. The lemon pepper wings tasted as if they were just naked fried wings. Just terrible! The house rice, which was a huge hit, with nice portions of chicken, steak, and shrimp, a kids meal which was fine and a burger. The wings were the size of my pinkie and when I brought them back due to thinking they had messed up the flavors I was told then that last week the wings were huge and this week they were just meh! Fast forward to today, I ordered the house rice with extra egg, just knowing it was going to be awesome and boom disappointment once again!! I get the box open only to find that they must have ran out of steak and decided to put in ground beef. When I called to report the mess up of burger in my rice instead of steak and the lack of egg when requesting extra, the girl told me that she went and checked with the cook and it is steak but this steak was just different than what they normally get. I don't know about you but when I am ordering food we expect to get the same quality of food each time and that there is consistency every time we order. It seems every single time I order from this place the quality is different week to week! So after I said I would send my husband back with the food and will just get my money back, I was told that she would have to speak to her boss as there is a no refund policy. I told her to forget it I will not waste my time and money at this place ever again. If you want a place that sells mediocre food, with no consistency and no customer service this place is for you. This place is a hit or miss. The food is good far as taste, but they allow people to call orders in without paying first and when they don’t come and get it they place it on other plates to get it sold. So my favorite thing to order is their lemon pepper teriyaki wings with blue cheese and onion rings. So when I got my plate it looked delicious, but when I bit into it those wings was hard, chewy, and real dry. They tasted like there was another sauce on them and someone attempted to cover it. Not to mention it normally takes 20 minutes are so to cook the wings. I ordered and set down and they were like here’s your order. I should have known something then! Anyway I went back in and they have a sign that says absolutely NO REFUNDS! After a brief argument they called the owner and he gave me a refund! I order the same thing every time I go to this WNB: 1 pound of buffalo cauliflower(extra crispy). 3 out of 5 times they’ll prepare 1/2 pound. Then they take it back and bring out 1 pound. Every time they get it wrong I get sick. The last time I ordered here which was yesterday I also got a large fry. I asked the girl if I was getting fresh fries since I had to wait for the additional 1/2 pound of cauliflower to be made. She said yes and when I got home it was just refried. I could tell cause it tasted like grease sticks. You can tell me all day it’s just an accident but I know it’s intentional. I’ve once even heard the cook mocking my order in the back.
