Guest House — Hotel in Cartersville

people scared to even stay there t hecause of the people. That stay there seen to want to come up in front of there windon. And stantd.like there trying to look in to them windon and theln highe they walked. Back and forth all night long and you come out side they asked you if you want to buy any dope that.can makes it unsave. To live there. ... They need to stay in theere own rooms and. leave peoplle. Alone. My friend has.. been staying there for at least 3. Weeks. I think the rent should come down cheaper after the rooms. Have been rented 4 weeks.thats pretty reasonable... Rooms are kept cleanr. manager was very professional and helpful... Landscaping kept up... The room dido not haze a phone in it. But had to put a 20 Dollar deposit for a phone that is not there.. TV need to me up dated. They are really old. And it understand able. You just go out and a bunch of tv But you can start one. At. a time.. Ther arre some nice people...

I wouldn't stay here for any amount of money or time!!! The place is ridden with roaches and other bugs. If something doesn't work properly in your room, you call the office there is a 25 percent chance of it being fixed. Also the will try to cost you money at check out even though you told them it was broken. NO COMMUNICATION between any employees. They are rude in the office. Also a major incident happen and it took them two days to even notice anything, then the main manager acted like she had no clue that it even happened. When I brought it up as to why they didn't know about the messed up TV. Horrible Horrible do...

I feel it's a lil expensive. I wish the rooms were bigger. Ave I was told we would get a queen size bed but got full instead. Can't have animals. If you do it's immediate eviction. Please excuse the mess. We are not allowed to bring any furniture. Suppose to have 2 night stands. We don't. They said they don't have any.

For must part it's quiet except traffic on hwy 41. I like staying here, just wish it was a little better, bigger bed and furniture. Oh and a gate in the fence to go to stores and restaurants so we don't have to walk an the way around pizza hut to...
