dined in once, did take out once sadly won’t be back. 3 weeks ago a large pepperoni pizza was $23 (you can see a picture of this price on the menu shared here), today it was $31. for 8 pieces of pizza.. (i also requested to add ricotta to the pizza, which should have been easy as it’s on the menu but was told that wasn’t possible) the cocktails are pre-mixed and tasted like straight syrup- i was told they couldn’t be modified at all. and they are some of the priciest drinks in the area… they also auto-added a 20% tip for take-out. service was subpar both times. there’s potential for sure but prices are too outrageous especially for what you get- nothing spectacular to say about the food.

Grabbed takeout to take home for dinner. Ordered the Greek Town pizza and the Antipasto salad. The food was delicious and service was great! They even called me to tell me my food was ready for pickup. Large portions for both my husband and I to split. Will definitely return! Happy to see a place like this come to Carthage.

Good restaurant and vibe for Carthage (my home town). Mainly serving pizza, salads and appetizers. Cheesy bread was excellent! Additional menu items to come. Beautifully restored building. Great draft beer selections, wine and their signature cocktails.

I am sorry, I don't usually write reviews. I have been here several times simply because of the location, and every time I visit, I swear to myself it'll be the last time. I was really looking forward to this place opening. It is ideally located, and the building is beautiful. I understand that a lot of people put a lot of work into making this thing happen. It is for the sake of those hard-working people that I write this review. Whoever hires needs to be fired. The food is creative but overpriced. The servers are lazy. There is an automatic 20% tip added to the bill. If you are going to add 20% to my bill it better be some amazing service. I pride myself on tipping well, and if I am going to be robbed of an opportunity to be generous, I better get some service for that exchange. What does this place offer to make it worth visiting their establishment??? The staff is slow, lazy. The food is "meh". But the atmosphere!!!! I can’t get over it. I feel like every time I go in there, I am literally not welcome. Give me something, please. SOMETHING to motivate me to part with my hard-earned money. I genuinely hate that this beautiful location and all that work is being squandered. To whoever hires: do you hate your customers? Serious question. Having worked in the service industry myself I have little doubt the issues I am describing have been obvious to anybody within the staff who still gives a crap. Might want to do an internal "come to Jesus" meeting. Sorry for the...

Excellent food, service, and establishment. Even before stepping into the Buggy Factory, you can see how much love and passion has been pour into this space with just one look at the large stage for local gatherings and exterior setting + restored interior and maintain factory hearths galore! I am a return customer—soon enough regular— I have never known a “wait time” upon arrival. Any complaint about price is from those that don’t know true quality. Homemade pies with flavor profiles that really make you feel like you are here to have an experience. Drinks are stiff! And tasty!- and the Asian fusion elements especially shine on the menu. Korean wings as an app are a must, and you can practically have a world tour just in the pies section. Groups are well accommodated and make it a no brainer for splitting multiple with friends or family to find a fav and get more bang for your buck. Open air to the kitchen you can see the working getting done and can even have a chat with the owner and learn more about the whole operation. Multi-level with much in store. A much needed lift to Moore County’s sleepy and quaint Carthage! We make a 20 min drive for us and bring people folks with every time....

Limited menu, especially if you have dietary restrictions. The menu is too focused on trying to use “unique” ingredients instead of offering more options. Deep dish, somewhat Chicago style pizza. Took a LONG time to get a cheese pizza. I understand because it’s deep dish it needs to be cooked longer, but was so overcooked there were parts of the crust I removed entirely because it was so burnt (with burnt cheese on top) that I felt like I would break my teeth biting into it.

Had to put my name down for a table because we didn’t want to sit at the bar. Got a call back about 30 minutes later so went back… to be sat at the bar.

Kind of disappointed, haven’t had the urge to go back. Didn’t notice the tip thing because I generally at least tip 20% so now I’m also a bit annoyed that I apparently paid two tips (I am happy to pay for service, but tell your customers so they don’t pay two tips - yes my fault as well for not checking, but this isn’t France, so not expected). Beer is good so like 2.5 stars. Might try it again if they expand the menu & after they get...
