I was puzzled by this "wood-fired" pizza food truck. The oven is only melting the cheese on top of the pizza, it is not really baking the pizza. It looks like they pre-cook the pizza disks, then top it, and finally put it in an oven that is not at the correct temperature. Their "margherita" pizza is a crime. Who puts balsamic on a margherita? Not good. The pizza we ordered was $12 for a small personal pizza. So two pizzas with tip was about $30. The main issue was the pizza was not good. The crust was almost non existent and the flavor was pretty sad....
