Every time I go see Jackie and Kevin I tell them they need another sign that reads “Interiors by Jackie and Kevin” because that is how amazing their customer service is. I made many trips and spent several hours pouring over fabrics and getting their feedback on what would work best for my new home I am renovating. They are always gracious, kind and extremely helpful. Jackie even took me to their warehouse that has even more amazing furniture.

Thus far I have purchased a bed with nightstands, loveseat, chairs, and a beautiful chaise for my sunroom. They truly have the best selection, prices and customer service in all of North Carolina. And if they don’t have it in the showroom, they can order it for you. For example, I wanted a specific style of bed made by Universal and it was delivered 1 week later! My custom unholstered Kincaid pieces are beautiful, very well made, and will last for years to come.

Their delivery team is also amazing and they deliver for free! They bring every piece into your room of choice and assemble. They even bring floor pads to protect your floors.

If you live in North Carolina, I highly recommend you go see Jackie and Kevin. Ordering online and having to deal with damaged furniture and poor shipping policies (i.e. leaving them on your lawn in the rain), just isn’t worth the headache.

We recently replaced some furniture in our home with the Mid-State Furniture team. We could not be happier with the entire experience. From when we stepped into the showroom, Dado was incredibly helpful and attentive. Guiding us through their wide selection. He even came out to our home to measure and develop a plan for us. Then back to the showroom to pick out everything with his expert guidance. When time came for delivery, Keith(the owner came too!) and the delivery team were prompt, thorough and very efficient. Great people, great service and great prices. No pressure, just a great family doing their best to help you get what you want at reasonable prices. The showroom can't hold a fraction of what they sell, but if you see quality brands elsewhere, you can probably buy it here. Mrs. Purvis and her son Kevin were both kind enough to help my wife and I on several visits with no pressure to buy anything and they offered us a great price right off the bat when we decided on what we wanted.
