Susa Hibachi Grill — Restaurant in Carthage

Terrible went for the first time with my mother & definitely my LAST!! We purchased 2 Thai chicken dishes that state on the menu their made with peanuts, both dishes came without. We even tipped the cashier but she failed to prepare our togo drinks and neglected to leave us togo forks which probably would have fixed the problem then because we were so hungry! We got home almost an hour away hoping to enjoy a nice meal, there was just no way! The food smelled like wet dog no pun intended! It was as if they used some weeks old sauce & it was like rubber noodles & rubber chicken! We called the store in hopes of a refund or some resolution but there was no reasoning with this lady! She wouldnt even disclose her name although my mother shared hers. This manager was just absurdly rude & even compared themselves to Outback Steakhouse! She said if she ever got food there & didn't like it she wouldn't try to send it back. Very quiet atmosphere. Service was good. We had the steak hibachi with salad, fried rice and vegetables. Salad was basic salad time mix of lettuce and shredded carrots with a ranch dressing that tasted a bit sweeter than normal ranch but was surprisingly tasty. The hibachi was not the best I've ever had from a hibachi restaurant but not too bad. The rice had more of a boiled texture than fried and the steak and veggies were cooked like typical hibachi, not any better or worse than others. The portion size was a bit smaller than expected but not too bad for the $9.99 price tag. I am used to larger portions but usually pay $12-15 so it is comparable for the price. We recently dined at this restaurant and ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi, but unfortunately, the shrimp was overcooked. We also had a chicken bowl and noodles, and regrettably, everyone felt unwell shortly after returning home. We experienced stomach aches, and my wife even became ill, while I only took a few small bites and was the only one who didn't get sick.

Additionally, the pink lemonade my daughter ordered was very watered down. Despite there being no other customers in the restaurant, it took a considerable amount of time for our food to arrive.
